I'm a death metal vocalist for the band Left for Dead. We used to play pretty much thrash metal stuff, originals and a few covers, but since the departure of two members of the band and the recruitment of Dean on bass guitar, we've gone back to writing completely new material that is very death metal. I also used to sing in a thrash metal covers band called Infernal Assault.
I love going out and supporting the local metal scene, there is some serious fucking talent in this country I tell you, and the people in the metal scene are some of the best cunts I've ever come across. "Supporting the metal scene" is also code for going out and being a rowdy drunk and getting into lots and lots of trouble, especially if I'm with people like Lisa (watch that one with a camera she's fucking dangerous I tell you), Erin, Melinda, Paula, Marina, Loren, Jess, Sally, Ami etc etc etc there's some crazy bitches out there I tell you!
I live in town and work in town it's the life for me seeing as I don't know how to drive. Wednesday is payday and I always seem to go out on my lunchbreak and spend it all on shoes I can't help myself. I have a very large collection of boots. Boots with buckles, boots with zips, boots with laces, stilletto heeled boots, shiny boots, suede boots, pretty boots, platform boots, fur-lined boots, ankle boots, knee-high boots, steel cap boots, cheap boots that look worn after a week, doc marten boots that last forever. Oh yeah me and my boots.
This weekend will be similar to every other weekend in that I will be drinking lots and lots of Lion Red. Oh yeah. It goes with my lipstick.
