Influences: Drummer Tim Hahn and the percussionists Alexis Herrera Estevez and Elio Rodriguez Luis have joined forces with various top-class Cuban musicians- among them, the exceptional singer Olvido Ruiz Castellanos - in this unique project in which they have forged new directions in music.With their combination of Cuban methods of playing, energetic rhythms and a sense for ingenuity and experimentation, CUBA NOVA has managed to produce a completely novel sound.
