Nicky James was a brilliant Singer/songwriter/Producer with a voice and talent which was totally amazing.
He also worked with and discovered other amazing artists such as Elton John, Jon Bonham, Justin Hayward, Ray thomas and many more.
Music was for Nicky his passion , not only did he write and co/write hundreds of amazing songs , he also worked on lots of childrens songs and did all the voices to some amazing characters. Nicky was a man that truely lived and breathed rock and roll, at a time when great music was being created .He was a man that would never say no and would give you anything he had to help you on your way { As some of us that are famous will remember }.
For those of us that were lucky enough to have shared time with him , he will be sadly missed .
Just before Nicky passed away in 2007 he was working on his last and final album, Black Country Boy ,which will be on sale as soon as we can get it all sorted.
Started in 2003 ,the album features some of Nickys finest works, and was produced by himself and friends, Nick Beere and Gary Saunders.With Russell Boys as Exec Producer.
