MySpace Glitter Graphics My name is Melissa and im 19 years old. Im originally from Newbugh NY - Graduated NFA '05, now attending Manhattanville College as a freshman. And now for a little bit about me ...I... usually do one stupid thing a day, need a cup of tea to start the morning off right, enjoy curling up with a good book in a shaft of sunlight, am trying to decide what i want to do with my life: either editting film, or publishing novels, love having a car on campus, am one of few to rent the spellman kitchen this year, can make grilled cheese in my room (yes!).To some special ppl i am not only mel but also known as "Little buttercup", "Studette muffin", "Ocean Princess", "Sugarlump fairy", and "little slice of pretty pie".I believe firmly that things happen for a reason, and love the Edward Teller quote, " When you come to the end of all the light you know, and its time to step into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things shall happen: Either you will be given something solid to stand on or you will be taught to fly."I think that love is a behavior not an emotion, meaning if i care about you i will try and express it, and i think that a true friend is one thats there for you when they'd rather be anywhere else. Any friend of mine has the priveledge of calling me anytime any day and knowing that if they say they need me ill find a way to be there. Even if its just to clean up puppy-poo.
