About Me

Jesse Gorter is a composer drawing inspiration from the likes of Beethoven, Prodigy, Mike Oldfield, Philip Glass and Chemical Brothers. This is evident in his music where strongdriven rhythms are often accompanied with lush melodies and textures. His most notable view on music is that music should not restrict itself in order to fully be emotional. This means that he does not restrict himself when he writes what is in mind. This might result in funny looks when a classical tune suddenly appears to feature breaks and synths. So have a listen, and enjoy.
