Well we started out in around 2000. We've been focusing on this for a long time, and were still just managing now to get where we need to be. Lets see, it started with KAO and Young Harvey, freestyling at local parties and doing there thing. Being first called Deja Vu and being known for tracks such as "You only get one chance" & another hit that was big at the club & on the radio "We came to party".
KAO, Hen-A-Cee, & xXx heading up the family of course. KAO comes from Chicago, IL reping the home of famous artists as Kanye West, Twista, Jah Rista, and many more. Hen-A-Cee coming out "Tha Wiz" has a unique voice, and style for many too love. KAO & Hen-A-Cee both are unique in there styles as are most of the people here at the family of Ride or Die. Then comes xXx, who is originally from the STL, St.Louis, MO and reping STL till the day he dies. xXx was brought in by KAO & Hen-A-Cee to head up the Ride or Die family with Hen-A-Cee & KAO, managing to do graphics, web design, & marketing for the family, without these 3 we would be no where.ProPhet is originally from Louisiana but reps the state he lives in currently. He's been rapping for about 6 years, been apart of a couple of different groups but finally feels like he found his home with Ride or Die. His style is unique because all of his lyrics come from his heart..he prefers underground over mainstream because commercial rap..most of the stuff you hear on the radio lacks "substance". He's hoping to bring back what the game has been missing for so long..... The Truth!!Also rollin hard wit tha R.O.D we got the boy Young Harvey! Comin straight out tha Westbank'a New Orleans!
