moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, from St. Louis, Missouri... and now I'm enjoying the Caribbean life for a little while before I have to grow up! Pretty easygoing, but very picky. Confused yet?We've traded in malls for ebay, traffic lights for "monkey crossing" signs, movie theaters for waveless beaches, Starbucks for pina coladas, and headaches for ultimate relaxation! Our little island has a population of about 12,000 people. We drive on the opposite side of the road. We eat conch, we drink rum punch, and everything's "ideal" on Nevis.I teach 7th and 8th graders at a private school. My biggest class size is 11 kids! My students ask me why I don't have kids of my own yet, and I answer them, "Because I have all of you!" ... and its true! Ashton and I look forward to building our family after we get married, but for now I am blessed to have such wonderful students who spoil me just as much as I spoil them!
