I've got an opinion on just about everything. Some are insightful, but some are just plain bitchy.
PLEASE READ THIS: I think that the internet is a remarkable tool for meeting new people and making connections, but I'm NOT interested in making all your friends jealous that you have SOOOOOO many myspace friends. I'm willing to add just about anyone, but if I DON'T know you from offline, you better send me an e-mail introducing yourself first! Okay?
I'm an expert in the sub-genre of Musical Theatre, but outside of that I have a lot less knowledge than most of the people I know. I tend to like most music, but I don't have insane depths of wisdom about all other genres. I just read this to my boss (He let's me update my myspace profile at work--Ain't he awesome?) and he says I'm underestimating myself. Maybe I know more than I thought I do.And, of course, I love anything by Men Alive: The Orange County Gay Men's Chorus:
I've seen a lot. I've seen all of the AFI's "Top 100 Films" List, as well as most of the Best Picture nominees throughout Oscar history. I like all types of movies, because great storytelling isn't monopolized by one genre. My top five favorite films are "Waiting For Guffman", "Moulin Rouge", "The Producers", "Gone With the Wind", and "Beauty and the Beast".
I used to be a TV junkie. I'm better now, but I still watch my fair share. Lost, Desperate Housewives, Bones, 30 Rock, Simpsons. Lots of stuff.
My favorite book is Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin. I also like One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey, Ragtime by E.L. Doctrow, The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Freidrich Nietsche, The Simulacra by Philip K. Dick, The Church and the Homosexual by Father John J. McNeill, The Godfather by Mario Puzo, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain, The Harry Potter Series, Rhinocerous by Eugene Ionesco, anything by Shakespeare.
Batman is my favorite superhero. Having no super powers(Just a lot of money and toys), he's the only superhero I could ever hope to become someday.
