i'd like to meet that "perfect beat"... like on some classic level type of shit. like that "make you close your eyes and bob your head type of shit"... the kind you have on repeat in your ride, or constant rotation on your turntable. that funky break, with a sick ass bass line. makes you want to scratch, beat juggle, bust a rhyme, sing a line, uprock, pop lock, 1990, headspin, windmill type of shit. smooth and jazzy, but funky as hell at the same time. when i find that perfect beat, she can be my soundtrack.

I find something I like in any genre of music...
Star Wars movies, Goonies, Pulp Fiction, Resevoir Dogs, A Clockwork Orange, Warriors, Usual Suspects, 4 Rooms, Top Gun, Blazing Saddals, Swingers, Very Bad Things, Kevin Smith movies, Memento, Run Lola Run, Requiem for a Dream, True Romance, Last Dragon, Warriors, Krush Groove, Breakin, Beat Street, Scratch, Best of Show, corny ass 80's movies, artsy fartsy movies, and the hollywood type too, movies where shit just blows up with no plot... A whole lot of different movies... hell, i studied film in school.
I work in it, and yes I watch it.
as i said.. i'm a geek... so uh.. comic books. so if anyone can suggest anything interesting.. let me know... but its hard to find time to read, so make sure its worth it it before you suggest it to me... i also just read "I Like You, but I Love Me"
