My Mindi... she makes me feel worthy.
Music... metal mostly, but if it's done well, any genre can hold merit.
Movies... right now, anything that is not Speedracer or Sex in the City. IRON MAN was fantastical and the DARK KNIGHT will be splendiferous for sure. HELL BOY 2 will own too.
Life is still about the flow and how you ride the wave.
Everyone!
From metal heads, to geeks, to strippers and freaks. Everyone has a story.
Why not meet, learn and grow from everyone you can?

Ace of Cakes and Drivers, Dine-ins and Dives are my Food Network favorites.
South Park is always recorded.
Before I forget... The Mighty Boosh rules all!!!
Outside of the textbooks I need to get this damn degree...

Then read Blood Music, the book that made me a Greg Bear fan.
Desperation by Stephen King is also quite disturbing. Thanks go out to my good friend Nick Van Dyk and his band Redemption for making me read this.
My kids... everyday they amaze me.
My Mindi... she knows why.
My friends, new and old.
My band friends. Thank you for making the music that drives me and fuels my mental escape from the mundane.
