Breathing Music

About Me

Having started playing music by age 12, back in Brazil, I've arrived to the US in the Fall of 2005 to attend the world-renowned Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA, focusing on Harmony, Improvisation and Songwriting.

In the meantime I kept playing classical guitar repertoire and worked with various singers as a sideman, having performed in several venues in the greater LA area, especially Hollywood and Santa Monica. Throughout 2007 I also applied my skills in the production of a weekly radio show aired on Univision AM Radio.

In April 2008 I've recorded a demo solo CD called "the Sound of Hope" and have been using it as the main vehicle to introduce myself to potential audiences. Pieces by great composers like Villa-Lobos, Tarrega, Ponce and others. You can hear some of it on the player above, as well as original works by myself.
