lots! hunter s thompson, Ian mcEwan, Iain Banks, dbc pierre, garcia marquez, louis de berniers (magical realism all the way!) - the master and margarita is fabulous too! the regeneration trilogy is the best book i read at school. the unbearable lightness of being i really really enjoyed! i am angry with the guardians' cricket blog book 'is it cowardly to pray for rain' as my witty comment was cruelly culled from the final cut...other than that, just finished everything is illuminated - and it was utterly brilliant...and recommendations always welcome - in fact, actively encouraged! getting involved with the peter cook book at the mo - nice...(peter cook book - i love that!) and the vesuvius club is genius - what a way with words mark gatiss has!! bought the new dbc pierre - it's no vernon god little but still enjoyable...just read ballard's millenium people - tis ace. now reading rough guide to superheroes! badly written but informative. my new book: breaking through the wall of sound - the rise and fall of phil spector
