What started out as Marine City High School’s only 5 man basketball pep band ever, turned into Mr. Sexy & The Super Ska Machine. The five boys, who had been in marching band together, as well as playing in other bands together, decided to come together with one pact; Have fun and bring on the Ska. Started in October of 2005, their live shows have a serious reputation as being vigorous, exhilarating and completely impulsive, while their songs range from topics of infidelity to the adverse affects of television. While creating a following in their hometown and surrounding areas as well as the Metro Detroit area, many people believe that Mr. Sexy & The Super Ska Machine is a serious force to be reckoned with.
