Most of the time I'm the kind of guy who wants to chill at home in the "comfort zone", BUT I do like to go out when I can and have the money, I LOVE movies (Indi and mainstream (like to switch 'em up), I love Halloween, I LOVE music, I love the outdoors, I HATE sports ('cept for the Super Bowl for the excitement and the commercials)... I do like hockey, though... I recently have gotten into the hobby of Aquatics (tropical fish), I love to just be with friends, party, and have a good time.. Cuz' if we can't have fun, the why the hell are we living?
In no particular order: John Lennon, Gandhi, Frank Sinatra, Kurt Kobain, Marilyn Monroe, Bradley Nowell, Gumbi, Alf, any Smurf or Snork, David Letterman, John F. Kennedy, Jim Carrey, Martin Luther King, Janis Joplin, Leonardo DaVinci, Stanley Kubrick, Pope John Paul II, all of The Golden Girls, Andy Warhol, James Dean, and many many others...
Indi-Alt-Progressive-Rock-Adult-Alternative... Is that a genre? I'm gonna say it is....
I can't even begin... Alot of independent films... Some mainstream... So many good movies... So little time... I need to find some people who want to actually go out and see new movies with me! Hit me up!
I watch what is cool when I'm scrolling down the list these days... I usually end up watching stupid info-mercials, or home shows or dumb relationship shows ( I know, it's sad... But I usually watch TV late at night and that's all that's on)... I LOVED Seinfeld when it was on, I like Family Guy, Lost (when I'm home), The Simpsons have a place in my heart, Alot of old sitcoms that re-run at night (all the new sit coms are so "3 kids and a dad and step mom, and that's horrible TV AND sad to me...) Cash Cab (Discovery Channel) is cool, I like alot of TV. So it's hard to answer what I like best... I just flip through!
Freakanomics by Levitt and Dubner, David Sedaris' memoir books (when to read to me by my friend), The Straight Dope series by the intelligent and witty columnist Cecil Adams... Chuck Klosterman *Thanks Jill*, I suppose that's it for now... I don't read much...
All of the elders in my family (i.e. my late great grandmother who was an immigrant from Italy, my late step-grandfather Buzz -smartest dude I have ever met- , his "sharp as a tack" and very fun wife, my grandmother, Phyllis Bradley for just being young at heart even though she has been through so much, my mother for always being there for me -no matter WHAT, my father Kirk for working so hard so that I could see places and things and have a good upbringing, my friends -for putting up with me... Many more... I look up to alot of people...
