OFF THE WALL, the greatest and only band to ever hail from Putsborough Beach, Nr. Croyde. Formed in 1986 by two PISS HEADS, 10 pint Cookie & Sully. With Ellis "Elton John is bent" joining them playin one finger bass, the band was almost complete.In 1988, Addy "I love working at the Red Barn" joined them adding his musical skills to the dynamic trio. 1989, OFF THE WALL saw the sad departure of 10 Pint who fell in love and Kenny K "all day long" took his place.
There first demo "The Gap" was recorded and the band sold all 100 copies. "It was a huge success" said Ellis. The band then recorded a full length tape "The Battered Sausage". Which featured the hit single 'Too long now".
The band continued to tour the South West of England playing to SOLD OUT shows. At the Marisco, OFF THE WALL became local legends with girls showing their tits for the lads, how good is that?
Sadly the band split up in 1994 with Sully moving to America and Addy moving to Australia. A reunion gig in 1997 at Billy Buds on New Years was a massive hit. In 2046 the band has rented the Village Hall in sunny Croyde for their next reunion show and they're gonna fuck it up. Gabba gabba hey.
