Hey guys and gals. We are A New Awakening, we starting forming months back when guitarist David was jamming with some buddys, and tried to form a band. With a second guitarist/vocalist and a drummer, the 3 were in search of a bass player. The bass player wesley was picked up, and things were off the ground. Well things did not go so smoothly, bassist wesley left to play guitar in the band Upperdeck, and other members left the band. Guitarist David and the current drummer, picked up their Colin as a lead singer just a short time down the road things were going good, but it did not stay, it ended up splitting and Colin and David stayed with each other and picked up drummer Greg, and after a jam session the band was set. We are writing all our own music now and have a few rough recordings done. We would like to have a 5-8 track EP out in the near future for everybody to pick up. We would love to play more concerts so if you would like to try to arrange a date with us, please just message us. We just love to play music and as a band of guys who are christians and believers, we just simply want to write fun, positive music that people can enjoy.
