Band Members: Just myself but I'm always open to working with others.
Influences: From an early age I was influenced by the whole "Motown" sound, and was a huge fan of Michael Jackson and collected just about every record I could. I was also into Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Quincy Jones and Dionne Warwick to name but a few. In my teenage years I got into the sound of Snap, Adeva, Monie Love and a Guy Called Gerald. There were lots of other influences at the time, these are just a few to give you an idea.Later I discovered Hardcore and eventually, Jungle and Drum N Bass. There is still a soft spot in my heart for this kind of sound, but my true passion is House Music.
Early one morning, after a particularly hectic Techno party, I heard for the first time the Masters at Work Dub of Saint Etienne "Only Love Can Break Your Heart". I would say this was the point that love for house music started.
My biggest influences over the last 14 years or so, would be Louie Vega and Kenny Dope. Throughout these years, I have collected literally hundreds of records by MAW, Bucketheads and Kenlou.At this point, I'm also into stuff by Dennis Ferrer, Solid Groove and as I've already said, far too many to mention than I could fit in this small space.Thanks to you all.
