About Me

First and foremost, i'm a musician, specifically a drummer and skateboarder at heart. I have a band named Hill Valley, also work freelance, and as a teacher. I've been playing for almost seventeen years, i'm 33, and saw Star Wars IV, A New Hope opening week. I'm a cynical obsessive thinker, a bit of a perv...a bit:), and pretty much an insomniac. It's the simple sensitive sides of life that make me tick, the things that people hate to think about...integrity! I'm honest from the get-go, love to practice, love to skate, love to flirt, and especially love well thought out conversation. Consideration is a word for life for me, regardless of the endeavor or who the person might be...all things/parties considered i say!!! More i'm sure later...enough for now!!! 4

My Interests

My loves are pretty much as folows...drums/music(all music) and practicing, skateboarding, women/sexuality/porn, martial arts/yoga, some video games, animation of all types, sci-fi, good art, great movies of all types, intelligent humor(jackass is not funny)...reality tv is disturbing to me, not entertaining.

I'd like to meet:

Well, it's not so much as who i'd like to meet as, who i'd like to be able to have a somewhat personal conversation with! I've met some people that i've wanted to meet, though the circumstances haven't permitted the convo. So, here's some people i'd really love to talk to...Vinnie Colaiuta, Chic Corea, Greg Graffin, Steve Gadd, Thich Nat Han, Steven Seagal, Jeff Sipe, Sting, Rodney Mullen, George Carlin, Dalai Lama, Terry Lynne Carrington, Niel Peart, Steve Smith, Eddie Brickell, Ani Defranco, Tori Amos, Alanis Morissette, Joni Mitchell...soooooo many more, i'm sure!

Music:

All...but here are some favorites, granted i have 600 plus cd's/vinyl, etc. All Jazz, lots of it, especially good fusion, Bad Religion, Alkaline Trio, Fishbone, Yes, The Who, Frank Zappa, Gino Vanelli, Level 42, Big Country, The Cure, The Pixies, Zepplin, Hendrix, Floyd, Alan Holdsworth, Wayne Krantz, Chic Corea, Toto, Tower of Power, The Meters, The Misfits, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Sting, Toad the Wet Sprocket, The Squeeze, INXS, Tori Amos, Alanis, Joni Mitchell, and on and on and on

Movies:

Star Wars(All), Lord of the Rings, All Marvel and most comic related releases, love instructional videos mostly for music, but also for sk8ing and yoga and other types. Any Mel Brooks, Woody Allen, George Carlin, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, David Lynch, Steven King, good comedy, good sci-fi, good whatever...as long as it's good or entertaining...drama whatever!!!!:)

Television:

Twin Peaks, Carnivale, Mr. Show, Simpsons, King of the Hill, Beavis and Butthead, South Park, Spongebob Squarepants, Family Guy, American Dad, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, CSI Vegas(the best cast and writers), x-files, Rob and Big, Monk, football when i can catch it, and other stuff...though i usually end up watching these shows after the fact, i do not watch tv systematically!!!

Books:

Be Here Now, The Art Of Peace, Peace is Every Step, Transformation at the Base, The Flower of Life, Dianetics, The Tao of Pooh, The Tao De Ching, Kama Sutra, Nothing in this book is true, but it's exactly how things are. These are great titles to start with, i'll add more when i think they're good enough to do so.
