Fast, cheap, and good… pick two.

About Me

Well traveled raconteur, comfortable in city or boondocks, kind to animals and old people, but also known to erupt in smartass-isms that are either funny, harsh and/or neither. Open minded about anything that doesn't involve people getting hurt, although consensual hurt could work...----------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------- My photography: HTTP://JIMHERRINGTON.COM..This profile was edited with Tytus Penn's Myspace Editor™

My Interests

Things you look through and that go "click" (I'm referring to cameras, not shallow, vapid people who suck their teeth), all kinds of art, reading books, playing guitar, listening to music, films and film making, indoors/outdoors, laughin', livin', lovin', photography, travel, people and their stories, red wine, cooking, women who take the effort, not being in a hurry, Sierra Nevada, mountain climbing, backcountry skiing, travels far and wide, exploring the inner and the out there, scratching my chin, leaving point A without there being a point B..., stretching my legs, walking the tightrope betwixt clean/healthy and dark/filthy. But mainly, coffee and cigarettes.

Other sonic delights: chains rattling, neon buzzing, Victrola needle on a 78, peglegs walking, big rigs gearing down in the empty desert, fog horns, screen door slap, buttock slap, reverb, tremolo, old camera shutters, the last rheumy belch of the coffee maker, '63 GTO idling, the NIGHT TRAIN that went by my house in Nashville, gurgling deep sea sounds and sometimes just dead fucking silence. .. .. .. .. <msprm name="URL"
