I started playing ukelele at 4yrs old because I couldn’t hold a guitar yet.
I was into Rick Derringer and Def Leppard. They Rocked!!
Then I picked up a guitar at 8. Mom got me lessons and I learned folk music.
Sounds LAME but I learned chord progressions, singing harmonies, finger picking patterns, and how to dazzle girls with a round of "Dust in the Wind".
By the time I was 12 I started into Jazz. I learned insane theory, chord construction, all the rules and how to break them.
When I turned 13, I was introduced to Motley Crue, the Scorpians, WASP, Ratt, and all the vagina a loud guitar can bring. Needless to say, I haven’t looked back.
1991: Moved to Fresno for Sex, Drugs & Rock and Roll
1994: Still a Kid, moved to Los Angeles, homeless to become a RockStar!!!
1994: Found a Mother/Daughter, that I still love, to take me in and raise me.
1995: Met and started playing with my best friend Danny Walker.
1998: Inked the biggest Record Deal (Millions) "TO DATE", for a new band.
That band was called WANK
1999: Stupid, Recently Rich Kids, Broke up a good band.
2000: Started Handsome Devil with Danny Walker and best friend Keith Morgan
2001: Inked with RCA Records
2001: Released 1st Handsome Devil CD "Love and Kisses from the Underground"
2003: Released 2nd Handsome Devil CD "Knock Yourself Out"
2004: Open Dinky Music Recording Studios
3-State of the Art Pro Tools Studios
2006: Released 3rd Handsome Devil CD "Fully Automatic"
Current: Producing Shotgun Sunset, Noele Shannon, and a solo release
tentatively titled: "Billie Stevens-Tuesday Night Piano Bar
