.. Hi Im Connie. Im EXTREMELY happily married, mother of 3 grown children now and a grandma to a precious almost 3 yr old girl. We live in the lower beginning foothills of the Cascades. Its very green here and we have very long wet winters. We are minutes from the beautiful Cascade Mountains, the Columbia River Gorge- land of waterfalls, and not much further- about 1 1/2 hrs is our gorgous Oregon beaches. We are empty nesters and live with our two shih-tzus, a maine coon cat and our chickens.I love living in Oregon and have my whole life -not much prettier out there. . Its peaceful here . Summers are fantastic. Love to lay in our hammock and sit in front of our firepit in the evening and roast marshmellows and make smores. I like feeding birds and squirrels gazing at deer that wander across our property and watching my chickens which i have raised 15 yrs. I adore Lakes ,rivers and mountains and fishing and riding in our little boat together! I LOVE snow and rustic little cabins and lodges that are tucked away in the snowy woods and mountains.I love to buy rustic and primitive things for our house as our house is very rustic with floor to ceiling river rock fireplacewhere you can find me on cold winter days and nights cuddled up fireside with Scott, our dogs, or a good book. I am a neatnik and I am always on time. I am truely feminine.I can be a great friend to you if you are one of my friends. Im loyal and honest and don't like liars of any kind.I am only here for friendship so don't even consider hitting on me- won't work!!I have discovered how huge "jeolousy" is in this world, especially in MS. Thats a shame that people can't be happy for people.Im not saying I don't have my jeolousys cause I am normal and do but I feel if a person works really hard at their job, weight loss,at trying to look nice , being a good person,that no one has any business being despiteful and nasty and jeolous. Some people have worked hard for what they have and to be ridiculed and looked down on is just plain idiocy in my eyes. I have been told I sound like Stevie Nicks when I sing. I use to dress like her and sing her songs in a few bars around here. It was fun -you know doing the karoke thing but tired of that so I changed my hairstyle and stopped.
