Aaliyah was born Aaliyah Dana Haughton on January 16 1979,
making her a Capricorn.
- Aaliyah was born in Brooklyn, New York but she grew up in Detroit.
- Aaliyah released her first album at the age of 15,
titled 'Age Ain't Nothing But A Number' which went
platinum.
- Aaliyah was rumoured to have married R&B superstar
and her producer at the time R. Kelly at the age of 15.

Holiday: "Martin Luther King Day. He was a very strong
black leader and I have a lot of respect for him. His
