Born Yoruba Moreu to a Puerto Rican father & A New Mexican Mother, I lived in many places from Ponce Puerto Rico, El Barrio NYC, Silver Springs Maryland, Florida & Albuquerque New Mexico. Spent most of my time in New Mex. In my journeys I was exposed to all types of music from Salsa, Merengue, Reggae, Hip-Hop, R&B, Miami bass, Go-Go music, Cumbia, Blues & Jazz. At 16 years old without the help of no one I bought my first set of Turntables Tec1200's with a Gemini 2000 mixer, wanted to be a DJ at first(like my big bro. DJ Colock). A year latter I wrote my first Rhyme, & since then I haven't stopped. Have gone by different names over the years from Sinista M.C., Shredy Machede DA Sinista, D.R.C., Prince of Power, Herutep to name a few. Now I just rep by my name Yoruba (theirs to many characters out there so I'll just be ME). I'm also a member of the Rumcrookz if yall didn't know(D.R.C.). I Make my own beatz, do my own videos, Record my own songz & write my own rhymes(Anybody need a ghostwriter Ha Ha). I'm selfmotivated but influenced by many.
