About Me

You've got just enough rope to hang yourself ____________________________________________________________ ___________ ____________________________________________________________ ___________ I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.--Tom Waits ____________________________________________________________ ___________ ____________________________________________________________ ___________ Two wrongs don't make right but three lefts do!-- Me

My Interests

I enjoy tree swings, firing-ranges, tea/coffee, making stuff, riding bikes, art (that looks realistic and well-crafted), old cars, smart people, precision engineering, and dogs.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet those who know "what's really going on", people who enjoy life, those who have a job but don't hate it.

Music:

Jeff Healey, The Fixx, Fleetwood Mac, Early Madonna, DuranDuran, Ricky Martin, instrumental stuff, power ballads, the bands seen here. Any melodic and or rockin' tunes, good 80's music, pop-punk rip-offs of good 80's music, breakdowns, tight drums and bass with fat rhythm sections, and COUNTRY MUSIC! (rap and hip/hop suck the poo out of a dead chicken's butthole, and, like cocaine makes you THINK you're really cool)

Movies:

The Unforgiven, Hang em High, Big Country, Cold Mountain, Dazed and Confused, Silence of the Lambs, The Prestige!

Television:

"Modern Marvels" the "Hisory" and "Discovery" channels, "C.S.I.", but T.V. sucks mostly, so many broadcasting stations but such little entertainment value. What a rip-off!

Books:

technical bulletins, service manuals and pop-up books, novels that are descriptive and colorful but not overly perverse, historical fiction, authors who tell it like it is (or was).

Heroes:

Jesus Christ, Fred Rogers and Mister T. “The swords of battle are numerous, and none more effective than humor. I find nothing reproachable in those who rage mightily against the dying of the light.” “The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.” – Stephan J. Gould, Mark Twain
