"Initié en septembre 2007, LADIES ONLY est mon projet solo, mon bébé. Sa spécificité est qu'il s'agit d'un groupe virtuel au line-up illimité : je compose seul puis j'envoie mon travail à des amis musiciens qui réenregistrent guitares et basses. Projet solo donc, mais aussi aventure collective, des artistes différents apparaissant sur chaque titre pour une participation toujours inspirée.
Sur le long terme, j'espère collaborer avec toujours plus d'artistes différents, des chanteuses notamment ; je reste ainsi toujours ouvert aux rencontres et aux nouveaux contacts.
Si la couleur musicale de LADIES ONLY est globalement orientée metal, on y retrouve également mes racines hard-rock, mon goût pour les orchestrations symphoniques, le piano, le blues, le punk et la fusion parfois... Au final, aucune autre ambition que de monter du bon son avec des potes, quel que soit le registre.
Un gigantesque merci à tous les musiciens qui s'impliquent dans LADIES ONLY et qui m'apportent leurs idées et leur talent pour me permettre de donner corps à des compositions modestes que leur feeling sublime.

"I founded Ladies Only right after I wrote this song. It is based on the movie A woman under the influence by John Cassavetes, in which Gena Rowlands gives one of the most electrifying performances I have ever seen. She plays Mabel and Peter Falk plays Nick : this song is sort of him talking to her. There's an extract of the movie in the song. Cam came up with a powerful heavy sound and a couple of very cool leads. Thanks Tom for the vocals mastering."
In love with Jon Bon Jovi : (feat. Charles & Steph)
"I originally wrote this song for Naughty Neighbors, the band even played it a couple of times in the studio. It's kind of a mix between a very retro ballad and a punk rock tune. In the end, just a silly fun song. My buddy Charles did an amazing job on this one, I'm very grateful for his brilliant work on the guitar arrangements and during the mixing process."
What it takes : (feat. Phil & Tom)
"I wrote this song in one day or two, it's a very right in your face metal tune with some piano in it. I wanted to work on a couple of very powerfull riffs, with some hardcore vocals and a more atmospheric ending. It's kinda like Biohazard meets The Gathering meets Iron Maiden. Sort of. Tom plays the bass and Phil did an incredible job on the guitars, especially as far as the lead guitars are concerned. I owe them."
