Wilkommen bei "Loud..n Proud", meinem Profil für Booking und Management. Mein persönliches Motto lautet: Don't Dream It, Do it! Sprich:Träume nicht davon, lebe es! Genau dieses Motto versuche ich mit den Künstlern/Bands mit denen ich zusammenarbeite zu verwirklichen. Musik spielte schon immer in meinem Leben eine sehr wichtige Rolle, dabei ist das Genre der Musik nicht wichtig für mich, sondern das diese mich berührt. Im Musik-Buiss ist nicht nur Durchhaltevermögen und Ehrgeiz gefragt, sondern auch das man mit vollster Überzeugung hinter seiner Arbeit und den Künstlern mit denen man zusammenarbeitet stehen muss. Das Musik-Buiss gilt eines der härtesten, aber ich nehme die Herausforderung sehr gerne an, und werde mich neuen Aufgaben und Zielen stellen und diese bestgmöglich umsetzen! Dabei ist der Spass an der Arbeit und als "Team" gemeinsam mit der Band oder den Künstlern zu funktionieren unerlässlich.Sowohl für die Künstler/Bands, als auch für mich, habe ich sehr hohe Ziele gesteckt, welche ich bestmöglich mit meinem selbst erarbeiteten Konzept und meiner Strategie umzusetzen versuche. Ich investiere lieber viel Zeit in wenige Acts, als wenige Zeit in viele Acts. Lasst uns die Show beginnen! Und zwar Loud..n Proud! Alles Liebe Eure Elfi

Welcome at "Loud..n Proud" my profile for booking and management. My personal motto is: "Don..t dream it! Do it!". Exactly this motto i try to realize together with those bands/artists which i..m working with. Music played always a main-part in my live, but the genre was never really important to me, it was more important, that the music which i listen to touches me. In the music-buiss is very imortant to have the power to stay on, and to have the ambition to be in with your full conviction for what you work and for your artists. The music-buiss is famous to be on of the strongest and hardest buisness which is on the market available. Gladly i take this challenge and will try to convert best as i can this goals and my visions. Of course we shouldn..t forget the fun in the work, and to work as "Team" with the bands is very essential. For both, my agency and my artists/bands i put very high goals, which i try to convert with my own worked concept and my strategy.
