I enjoy spending time with friends, going for long walks and reading a good book. I love traveling anywhere I can.

There is very little music I won't listen to. Anything from Celtic to folk, country and bluegrass down to 80's hairmetal and dance/techno. I have music for any mood I have, or anyone else's for that matter.
I watch anything from dramas to comedies, plays and musicals to sports movies like Miracle. I will watch what I will call dumb jock or frat boy movies such as Old School, but please give me a drink or two first, they somehow seem funnier to me then. (Disclaimer: I am using the stereotypical frat boy here, I do recognize that this does not cover all of them in any way, shoot, I married one.)
As for favorites:
"Men with Brooms"
"The Quiet Man"
"The Truth about Cats & Dogs"
"Karate Kid II"
"The Departed"
"Titanic"
& "Shakespeare in Love"
Give me a crime show: "24", "Law & Order (SVU)", "CSI", "CSI Miami" (not into NY, sorry), "Bones", "Numbers", I'm happy. I also like "House" and any good drama but I don't watch too many cause they always cancel the ones I like. In Fact I have just started watching a new series on Lifetime called "Blood Ties" that I am enamored with (sure to be canceled) Otherwise, you can usually find me watching either Discovery, The History Channel or TNT. Once warmer weather hits though, I can rent out my tv that's how much use it gets.
I like to read mostly fantasy novels. Some of my current favorite authors are Juliet Marillier, David Eddings and of course the classic J.R. Tolkien. These are subject to additions and changes any time however. I also read historical fiction as well as non-fiction history books. Right now I am cruising through Polgara the Sorcoress by David Eddings. An old friend introduced me to it and whenever I'm in a funk, reading that book always brings me out of it.
