Shawn Richardz (28) Actress - Shawn Richardz Shawn is not someone who wants to act, but someone who was meant to act from birth. Born to Caribbean parents in upstate New York, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater at NYU before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film.

Her career is right on the brink of graduating from ingenue to starring roles. Shawn is intensely driven to succeed and she works at it 24/7. She briefly got involved in the modeling industry and, because of her appeal and drive to be the best, she exploded onto the men’s magazine circuit as well. Now, she hardly ever misses a red carpet affair.

Shawn has been living with a group of girlfriends – sharing their ups and downs. These girls are inseparable. This is one group of girls where there is no ugly duckling, and Shawn fits right in. Shawn is known as the face of this group.

Shawn is smart, determined, and beautiful with a rock hard bikini body. This girl is a dream come true for a New Yorker. For the rest of the world, though, Shawn definitely exhibits a true New York attitude. She will argue and fight with you at the drop of a hat. Not to say that she is a b****, but she is strong – really strong, and determined as hell.

Jon Salcido (24) Pre-Law - Darion Basco

A San Diego native, Jon grew up in a world of over-achievement. Being Filipino, his family structure was always strict and very disciplined. School work was a must. However, even with all the studying and preparing to thrive in the business world, he is not a pushover bookworm at all. While sports to most Americans is for fun, they study Kempo Kung Fu from the age of 4 until they move out, and Jon is no exception.

In his spare time, Jon specialized in music, dance and partying, especially once he got to UCSD, where he teamed up with his long time friend and cross town rival John Montabo. Jon excels and flies through college without a thought. However, the parties that Jon and John throw on Friday and Saturday nights are state renowned so much so that their scholarships to UCLA Pre-Law are more for the parties than the school work. After two years of pre-law, Jon is ready for Law School. So, he and John are set to have one blowout summer to get it out of his system so he can really get serious and study. So, they plan to make this outing one major party.

John Montabo (24) Pre-Law - Dion Basco

Jon grew up in Imperial Beach in San Diego County, right by the border to Tijuana. John, being strong and athletic, was recruited by all his high school sports coaches, even though he knew he would star at any of the sports. With home duties and studying, he never played sports, but he reigned supreme in his age group for Kung Fu in all of San Diego County. At night, when he was able to escape, he spent all his time in T.J. partying.

When John made it to UCSD, his first two months were hell because he fell into an ongoing competition with his long time Kung Fu nemesis Jon Salcido, another UCSD student. Each needed to be king at school, girls, nightlife, and fighting (and more than one did break out). Four years of this would not work out and, if they kept fighting, they would’ve been expelled within a month. So, John and Jon decided to call a truce. This truce eventually grew into a brother type relationship. Now, these two are inseparable.

John is the enforcer of the two and the accountant. He would be everything else if he hadn’t found iMan. Now, iMan does all the work and John just counts the money. On that subject, he had ruled out this trip utnil Jon convinced him that it would be cheaper than partying every night. John argued that they would be losing money on the parties they were not throwing. Jon pointed out a two week vacation from everything is just what the doctor ordered. Plus, Shawn is a mountain to climb and to brag about.

Scott Leonard (28) Bike Messenger - Scott Evans

Scott grew up being the sole, henpecked man in a family of just his mother and grandmother. It wouldn’t be so bad, but his grandfather died when he was only 4 years old, so now at 28, he is so henpecked, even though he has his own place and has cut most of the non-meaningful ties with his mother and grandma. Because of this background, the women he picks work him under their shoes.

Don’t get Scott wrong, he does know it and he has a limit, but it has taken 8 years to get there. In those last eight years he has accomplished a lot in his life: he has reached black belt in three different disciplines, graduated college with a BA through night school and now, has gotten the opportunity of a lifetime. He has an interview to join the FBI at Quantico, VA. for a profiler job.

This trip is the perfect way for him to get to the interview. Ever since he was a kid, he only had two wishes: the perfect job and the perfect girl; and this trip is the answer to one, or could it be both?

Morena Corera (25) Model - Suelyn Medeiros

Brazilian born and came to the states at 13 for modeling, but after two years, she decided that school was more important and that she wasn’t ready for that scene. But, even though she left the scene, the scene never left her. More on that in a bit…

School was hard at first, but got a whole lot easier after her body filled in. It’s not that she didn’t deserve her grades… Let’s just say that even with all the help she was getting, she only learned about half as much as she got credit for. Morena graduated and now attends college when she feels like it.

The best thing that ever happened to Morena was to move into the house with Shawn and the girls. The girls are so strong minded that it couldn’t help but rub off on her. Morena has learned more since she moved in than all her schooling. She has not yet hit her full potential, but she is pretty darn close.

Back to the scene… At 16, Morena had a beautiful face, so she was the center of attention at all the red carpet affairs. But, she had to give up too much to keep it. She knew it wasn’t for her, but she did find out what type of guys she liked when her body developed fully. Being older and wiser (at least a little bit), she now picks what she wants rather than being the one picked. Plus, her appetite is almost nightly…

Cassie Watkins (28) Performing Artist - Tonya Kay

Cassie has no inhibitions. She has climbed and explored all the dark crevices of the world and will leave no rock unturned. Manager of a Starbucks for the last seven years, she is finally stable. She owns the house the girls live in. At one time, each room was themed for night play. But, when she almost lost her Starbucks store because of her night time pursuits, she rented them out to the girls.

If you were to ask Cassie who she is or what she would prefer to go by, it would be Pirate Captain Cassandra, or Pirate Cassie for short. Gold Coast Fair and every other pirate affair is where you will find her. She and her pirates do invade a few Renaissance Faires, just to rape and plunder. This girl is an expert at fire play, knife play, throwing knives, not to forget her favorite weapon – her whips. She can literally skin you alive. This woman is no joke.

She is a natural instigator and “shit starter”. She loves a roaring party, so if the party isn’t happening, she will make sure the shit hits the fan.

Cassie never planned to make this trip, but it will turn into a wild time with her on board. It should be one nonstop party.

Kathy Jones (28) Ventriloquist/Blogger - Christine Barger

The “out there” kid. She is known on the dark side as the info kid. The blog mama extraordinaire. She runs and maintains at least 10 blogs at a time.

Kathy loves the night and the night life. Some call her a vampire and others call her the Dark Queen, but she is just being Kathy, metamorphosed from world to world.

Kathy was born in the Land of Fakeness, otherwise knows as Los Angeles. This is where you will find Hollywood and Hollywierd, plastic people and plastic parts. If you bank account is not in the six digit neighborhood and you do not roll in a six figure car…good luck. You can’t even get a date at the wall. Sorry, got side tracked there… Kathy graduated from Notre Dame and she is getting her Masters at USC in New Media Journalism.

Kathy makes her blog office at Cassie’s Starbucks. Between the story of the girls and the patrons at Starbucks, Kathy always has something to blog about.

Kathy’s other passion is her two puppets and her ventriloquism comedy and storytelling acts. This is her release. She loves performing and loves her puppets, which have lives of their own to the point you can’t help talking to them and, before you know it, you are asking yourself, “What am I doing?”

Sharon Ramos (27) Model - sharon senina

The true den mother of the house. Born in the Philippines, her family moved to the States when she was 3 years old.

Sharon was a bookworm all through school, ending with a Masters in Education. After her student teaching stint, she decided that she would hold off from teaching until she was old or married and, even then, maybe never. You ask why… Well, with most bookworms, sometimes the change comes at 22-24, and blam! Oh my God! So, right now, modeling pays the bills.

Now, at 27, she is ready to settle down. So, as every good Filipino girl does, she is looking for a good Filipino boy. Now, as with all cultures these days and with the melting pot effect of being Americanized, it’s a lot harder than it sounds. And to make it worse, it’s coming down to dates set up by her family or the Filipino church. Not that this is bad; If the two met on any other circumstance, they might have a chance. But being set up, it’s doomed from the start.

Sharon only goes on this trip to make sure her girls are safe and no hanky panky goes on unsolicited. It’s not that Sharon doesn’t have fun. She will let her hair down but that’s only, and I mean only, when all the girls are safe and when she does, oh “What a Trip”.

Carolina Hoyos (27) Musician - Carolina Hoyos

Born in D.C., with her family in East LA. She went to school in NY for music. She floats between the three all year long. This petite, stylish woman has it all – looks, body, personality, and a voice. A voice not just for singing, but for reaching down and touching somebody’s soul. She loves to perform. When she does her music videos, she kicks it up to another level.

She blends history with today in a way that cruising and slow dancing is back in style. Style…can you say Pinup Diva? From the 20’s to the 60’s, she can do the 70’s to now. But they are either copies or just not class enough.

Carolina needs to go back east to visit and drop off presents in New York and DC. This trip couldn’t be more perfect for her. She could do the visiting she needs to and practice and write new songs.

She plays, sings and dances solo, but she also is in a girl group that needs a few more members. Once Morena joins the trip, getting her in the group becomes her main goal. She would be a perfect member. She has the looks, sex appeal, and she can sing and dance. So, before this trip ends, Carolina may just have her perfect girl group poised to become superstars.

Jayson Boudone (28) Computer Programer - Mike Mayhall

Self made millionaire, born and raised in New Orleans, and moved to Silicone Valley right out of college, where he worked until he was transferred to Los Angeles. Jayson is anything but a computer geek. He just speaks the language and he speaks it rather well. Good enough that he ended up selling a communication program to Microsoft for $2 Million – one million in cash, and the other in stocks. When he is not at work, Jayson is working for Telitek, creating his next money making program.

Jayson does have two releases. One is MySpace and the other is the outdoors…all of it: hiking, fishing, camping, hunting, rafting, you name it, he does it. He took his money and bought a house and an R.V. He has his R.V. ready for his biannual two week fishing trip through the Sierras.

Jayson had been talking to all his friends on MySpace for the last month. Being from a big family from the South, friends and family are what matter. He had no idea that he had bought a house next to one of his MySpace friends. He had no real friends in LA other than his MySpace friends, so what a surprise it was to find out that he lived right across the street from them.

Chris Smith (28) Salesman - Chris Mccough

Born and raised on the south side of Chi-town (Chicago), moved to Los Angeles 10 years ago to get away from his brother. No matter how much they loved each other, they had sibling rivalry and daily fights over anything and everything. Not to mention when they were not fighting, the practical jokes that the two would pull on each other were, at times, historic. Which, as you can imagine, led to more fights. So, not willing to kill each other, Chris decided to head to California.

Since being here, he has had at least 100+ jobs, finally settling in on two: stuntman and stockbroker, which came from another job (messenger to be precise). He was delivering a package to a firm which was selling stocks but mainly telemarketing. Chris, being a born salesman, took the stockbroker job, which, as I said before, was mainly telemarketing, but he found his nitch. He studied and got his licenses and moved up and then he changed company where now, he only works when he is not doing stunts or stunt coordinating. Chris loves being in control, so stunts and stock brokering are the perfect jobs for him.

Chris has to take a trip home to Chicago. This will be his first trip home in years and this is only because his brother wants him to be the best man in his wedding and that is the one call that no man can turn down. When Shawn posted the trip East, he knew he was going to be part of that trip.

i M an () Imaginary Man- Adam Bobrow

iMan – the one and only. But what is he? That is the only question. Is he the i(maginary)man? The i(nternet) man? i(llusionary) man? So what is he really? No one is quite sure! But one thing is for sure – he is a life saver.

One day, Jon asked John what, who, where and why was iMan. The only real answer was for why. They needed him for a million things, such as homework help, cleaning, bartending, cooking, and everything else you can think of. iMan can’t drive, though, but he always knows his way everywhere. While that answers “why”, but what, who and where, John never quite answered. John did say he ran some ads in the paper and Craigslist (or at least he was going to, sort of like Mary Poppins).

iMan has no past or future. He just is, and just being was good for him. But this trip has changed his whole world. Now, he questions where, who, what, and why. All because of two puppets that belonged to Kathy. iMan felt he was like everyone else because no one ever questioned his existence. Perhaps it was because to question him would require questioning one’s own sanity. The puppets knew that they were not real and that there has only been one Pinocchio. So hey had no problem with calling him out on not being real. And they did and ever since the iMan has been in a crisis of being.

(In the 30’s to 50’s on the West Coast, rather than a butler, they had Asian house boys. So, Iman came from that – at least the flip side of that. So Jon and John have their own White house boy. History makes good comedy, if done right. There is always the “what if things had been the other way around…”.)

S –

History and reality make the unknown more potent than any fiction. This character is real from history and since the early 80s, when the ghost and vampire tours started in New Orleans, there have been several documented cases where this ghost had followed tourists home in other states. (As seen on E! and The Discovery Channel documentaries.)

Prankster –

Prankster is that annoying 8-12 year old kid that has no discipline or respect for anyone. Now he is dead and has never passed over, so he resides somewhere between this world and the next. He never misses a chance to come and play with the mortals.

Prankster doesn’t scare, at least he doesn’t mean to. All he wants to do is play and play…all the time. And since he has no sensation of pain, the things he does will hurt. You can always count on him going too far. (His first appearance came from the film “One Night of Hell”.)

Bloody Mary – Tonya Kay

Mythologies are always the best stories. Bloody Mary is a mythology that spans the world. So, almost every country, region, even city has their own version of the story.

(Bloody Mary has appeared in quite a few movies, including “Urban Legends”, “Bloody Mary”, and “Bloody Mary Tales”. Her story was also twisted into the “Candyman” films.

Harry Hatchet – Chad Johanessen

Hatchet is a raping, murdering, torturing serial killer that became a Sheriff in the small town of Lake Havasu. As a sheriff, he was able to hide, cover up his dirty work, and even frame his cousin twice. Finally, he was caught in the act on the internet. He had it all pinned on his cousin when the FBI showed up with the video tapes, at which time Hatchet blew his own brains out with his .45 magnum.

After haunting the house where he died for over 2 years, the owner burned it down to finally get rid of him. The house was rebuilt and, the very next springHHaH break, it was rented out to college students from L.A. who had just happened to have seen the murders. Their fear and the chance death was all Hatchet needed to manifest himself and murder everyone in the house he could. Once again, the house burned to the ground, this time, not to be rebuilt.

Hatchet, trapped, became more deranged. Somehow, he learned to cross over from the other side and every time, he would kill and, when there was no living being left, he started killing, raping and torturing the other ghosts. Once he tastes their blood, he follows them everywhere to kill them again and again.

(Hatchet appeared in “Expose”, “Exposed”, and “Exposed 2: One Night of Hell”. Hatchet is a cross between Jack Nicholson in “The Shining” and Freddy Krueger of “Nightmare on Elm Street”. The only difference is that he kills any and everything, living or dead…)

What A Trip?It’s 3:00am. Up and coming actress Shawn Richards posts on MySpace: “I can’t wait to leave in the morning, but it has been a long, long night. So, let’s take off at 9:30ish instead of 8:00. Until then, think of me and it will keep you warm…” All of Shawn’s MySpace friends who saw it showed up around 9:30ish…except Jon Salcido and his partner in crime John Montabo. Jon and John started partying for this trip about noon the day before. So, not having seen the post, our beloved Flip heroes roll up in Jon’s ’64 T-bird convertible jamming at 8 am sharp. The boys are flying on caffeine.

Being on time is a wonderful thing, usually. But getting to a house that’s dead asleep at 8am was the wrong thing to do on this day. Anyone in the house that might’ve answered the door other than Sharon would’ve understood. But not Sharon…no, not Sharon. She is pissed off beyond belief and eats Jon and John alive. Thank God, Shawn had finally made it to the door to make the first save of this trip. The boys agree to return at 10am.

Next up are Chris and John at 9:30. Fortunately, Sharon slept through this arrival. The only problem now is they are up to 5, maybe 6 people going and Chris’ beautiful Chrysler 300 might work for the trip until they see Scott pull up. Seven going to New York won’t work in any of their cars. The second save comes from Chris, who volunteers to go rent a car for the trip.

While Chris and Joe are picking up an SUV, even more people show up for the trip. Just as soon as Chris and Joe get back, they load the Aspen SUV, with no room to spare. Everyone climbs in and, as Joe is pulling out, he sees the top on his Crossfire down and his luggage still sitting on the passenger seat.

As Joe parks and repacks the Aspen, Jon and John continue the party from yesterday, last night and this morning. iMan, John and Jon’s iMaginary man, spins the wheel of steel. The people sing, dance, and get their drunk on.

As with any house of four single girls, on the weekend, you never know who will stop by. Kathy Jones drops by to help Cassie with her blog, but quickly changes to film and record this fiasco of a trip, but one hell of a BBQ party. iMan flips ribs and burgers as he does when he spins the turntable. Even though iMan flips and spins, his best asset is keeping everybody’s glasses filled.

Since packing and re-packing has Joe on his knees, the second crew takes over while Joe eats. This turns out to be the “A” team. Everybody gets their last pit stop in and loads in only to find out that they lost the keys. After finally remembering where they put them (Chris’ computer bag), the only thing they had to do was find the bag…at the bottom of the loaded back of the van. And now to reload. After more loading, and more people, everything is in the truck again. All the people are in and every seat is full. The doors are shut and the car is started. Joe turns to Shawn to get the take off command. Joe loses it and starts beating the steering wheel as Shawn comes out of the house to a fully loaded Aspen.

Joe, knowing that he was wrong and that they needed one of those 10 passenger vans, unloads the van on the grass, jumps back in and speeds off. iMan gets ready for service and the party starts over again. Kathy’s blog has brought even more friends over to Shawn’s. This also includes their MySpace friend Jayson Boudone, who had just bought the house across the street from Shawn two months earlier and none of them knew. So, as night falls on the party and the trip, they find out that Joe took his luggage when he left.

Late at night, when the booze has been running all day long, it’s really easy to see the worst in people. The van was gone, his luggage was gone, and if they didn’t leave soon, Shawn would never get to her audition. A call comes in from Joe. He’s about to board a plane. His mom had just gone into surgery and the doctor told him to fly out immediately in case of the worst. Joe tells them that they have one van left at the airport and they need to hurry if they are going to get it.

Shawn finally comes straight with herself that this trip, no matter how much fun it could’ve been, was just not going to happen. That could’ve been the end of the story, But, luckily for Shawn, Jayson is the kind of guy that comes from a huge family and will do whatever is necessary to help get things done. He decides to change his plans and take them all to New York in his RV. She knew she shouldn’t let him do it, but he gave her no choice. New York on an RV instead of a cramped van. Now, everybody was on board, how could anything else go wrong? At least, not tonight. And that is just the beginning of the “Trip”.

What A Trip!!It’s 8pm and the RV is just pulling out of Bev-Mo in Van Nuys, CA. Next stop: Vegas. Just the mention of Vegas turns those eleven MySpace friends into party monsters. Jayson Boudone is at the wheel of his RV. He is being co-piloted by Scott Leonard. The rest are in their own private little disco. The RV is swaying to the music and alcohol. This night for the boys should be the same as any other night in Vegas, with one exception: 5 guys and six jaw dropping starlets – at least for this night. After dropping off the RV for a Chrysler 300 limo, they hit the strip, the clubs, the karaoke, and drive away in the early morning with a profit of 15 G’s won by the six beauties doing singing and lingerie contests.

The next leg of our trip through fly over country is uneventful, but educational. Everyone settles in with their newfound trip buddy, including the metamorphosis of Morena Correra from free loving, free feeling, free sexin’ to sprung big time. She is so in love with Scott that it has all the girls wanting to help. The first thing is to get rid of Scott’s cheating, lying, good-for-nothing girlfriend leech. Next stop – Chicago, home of Chris Smith’s mom and brother. This will be the first time that Chris has visited in eight years. And this is only because his brother is getting married and has asked him to be the best man. The RV arrives into Chicago the day before the bachelor party.

Unfortunately, this wedding is unbeknownst to Chris’ mother, or, for that matter, to anyone else. The “wedding” was just an elaborate scheme and prank carried out by Chris’ brother to get him to Chicago to see his mom. With everybody from the RV a witness to this, Chris blows up and heads back to the RV. With apologies from Chris’ mom and best wishes for the trip, the group leaves Chicago and heads to New York. What a night…a fight and no dinner at one of Chicago’s finest. They were about two hours out of Chicago with no place good to eat. Then, Shawn receives a call from New York. Her audition has been moved up by four hours. She looks to Jayson and Scott “No problem.” Then they clarify that it is a day and four hours earlier. They are still only 2 hours out of Chicago but Shawn has no other choice but to accept the time. Now the race is on. Can they make it in 19 hours. If the RV could fly… So they set a shedule to drive right through the night and that’s just what they do – drive.

Over the hills and through the city, they zoom. By 7am, they have made up two hours and will be in New York City between 9 and 10 am. At 10am they have reached New York City and the traffic entering Manhattan is at a standstill. No one is moving. It’s 11am and they just make it on the island. Now, only three hours to get to the audition. At 12 noon, they are stuck. The panic arises. They check every other way to get there. They call and email everyone. By 1pm, all hope of getting there by 2:00 is lost. Shawn calls to try to get a little bit more time with no use. Someone knocks on the RV door. Chris and Scott open the door and, to everybody’s shock, the person knocking on the door is on a Kawasaki 750 dressed in a blue and black sweater. Scott tells Shawn “Your ride is here.” The ride offers a helmet. All the girls protest her going with this stranger until the rider lifts his visor and everyone realizes that it’s Joe. Without hesitating, Shawn grabs her backpack, the helmet, and jumps on the bike. The bike flies off. Later, Jayson pulls up to the audition location around 5pm. Joe is waiting for them. They find out from Joe that they made it there with 20 minutes to spare and that she’s been in there the whole time. At 5:30, Shawn struts out, glowing, “I nailed it!” Everything in the world stops and and the celebration starts.

What A Trip...Washington, D.C. Quantico, VA. FBI Headquarters. Just outside of the complex in a little park where the girls are drinking and partying, on top of the RV, Jon and John are being interviewed by Kathy while Chris and Jayson are fishing down at the creek. Morena just learns that Scott’s skanky girlfriend was busted for being in a porn gang bang that Kathy had a little part in setting up. Now, will Scott be free or try to save her? Scott finally comes out of his extra long interview because of his girlfriend. He informs the group that he got the job and, as for Morena, he is hers if she will have him. That spawns a hot night of frolic and debauchery.

The next afternoon, they roll into New Orleans to visit Jayson’s family and to party with fish fries, gambling, more food, cemetery visits, ghost tours, more food, vampire tours, and more food. During the visit, everyone is drinking and having a blast. The next day, the RV was due in Arkansas for another fish fry. This fry finishes up with ghost stories and Ouija boards. By the end of the night, they have invited one ghost, another spirit and found out that they already had a ghost from New Orleans with them. As with most adults, they call bullshit. Then one by one they pass out drunk. The next morning, they are awakened by a falling tower of empty bottles and cans and their clothes are all over the RV. Jayson and Scott clean out the cockpit and then they start driving to leave whatever it was back there. Meanwhile, everyone else cleans the rest of the RV. As they are driving, they hear footsteps from outside the RV from the top, sides and back. There seems to be no way to get away from them. The same ghost known as the Prankster comes running through the RV with silly string, spraying everyone and keeps running. He then appears and starts opening cabinets all over the place and then disappears.

The battles with the Prankster go on all day. The group, hungry and fed up, pulls off for a good dinner. When they return to the RV, the Prankster is sitting outside it, crying and bleeding, covered with cuts all over him. The Prankster apologizes to them. He never thought that Harry Hatchet would follow him. He didn’t mean to bring them any danger. The RV sways back and forth. They ask what’s going on inside. The Prankster tells them that Hatchet is killing the slave ghost. The Prankster says that he’s leaving and he hopes that Hatchet will follow. The RV goes still and the Prankster disappears.

They all jump on the RV and drive off. The group makes war plans on how to stay alive and get home. What can it do to us if we stay together? There are eleven of us in the front of this RV with the lights on. How can he hurt us? So their first priority: they find and make any weapons they can. The group doesn’t dare stop, but having to get gas is another story. Now that they have more power in the group, overall, the battle is going rather well. They are flying across the desert, fighting a ghost. Finally, they get to California. They’re almost home, but the battle continues. Somewhere just out of Lancaster, the slave ghost returns and now, it’s a ghost vs. ghost fight. This is a heated battle that takes them right out the back of the RV. They hit the ground fighting. The slave ghost rolls and comes up swinging, removing Hatchet’s head with the machete. With all this done, they pull into a mall parking lot to get some sleep. Everyone awakens to the sound of Chris screaming as the slave ghost is trying to drive the RV. Chris loses it and runs out the RV door and away through the parking lot. The ghost follows him. The rest of the group is so freaked out that they shut the door and take off for Los Angeles, which is less than an hour away. They promise to come back for Chris.
