May man speak truth in his heart and always stand on the truth.

About Me

I love God. To make a long story short, I was raised as a traditional/secular Jew and in 2001 became an observant, or Orthodox, Jew after going on a Birthright trip and re-attaching to my Jewish roots. There were many fascinating people (primarily my parents) and events along the way who pushed me, either knowingly or unknowingly, in that direction. The process was fascinating and still is and the Hand of God is busy. Not only do I feel as if I have inherited true life in this world, but in the Next as well - the feeling is like a load off the shoulders. Other people in my family also became observant at the same time, such as my sister and two cousins. My dad is also moving closer towards observance as we speak and both parents are very accepting. I now live in Israel, where many of my friends live, and live/learn in a yeshiva in Jerusalem, thank God. Regarding adding friends, I accept all Jews. I absolutely reject movements such as "Jews for Jesus" and "Messianic Judaism" or any variation of these Christian movements. If you're a Jew and you're involved in them, I genuinely pray with love (Numbers 19:18) that you leave these ways. If you're a Gentile, please reason that Christianity violates every aspect of monotheism and that your ticket to Heaven to is to keep the Seven Noahide Laws. Muslims, you're theology is for the most part completely agreeable but it's your historical outlook which has errors. Atheists, explain the evolution of an atom. Pagans and polytheists, which is your favorite god and why? Jews, "If you don't say Kiddush, the Gentiles will say Havdalah for you," Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin. Have a good day and Shabbat Shalom if you're a Jew.Jews, say "no" to this chilul Hashem (desecration of God's Name) - Judaism is a RELIGION! Listen to what she has to say. .. .. ..A short news clip on site about the Jerusalem terrorist shooting of March 6th, 2008. Translation:Jew: A real Jew doesn’t believe in Jesus. A real Jew doesn’t believe in Jesus. Get out of here! Get out, this isn’t your city. This is a Jews’ city, get out of here!Missionary: Get away from me!Jew: Are you afraid? Are you afraid? Get out of here, this is a Jews’ city. Leave, this is a Jews’ city – a real Jew doesn’t believe in Jesus. Here’s a liar who’s posing as a Jew and he believes in Jesus. He believes in Jesus.Boy reciting from Bereshit:The Sheva Mitzvot B'nei Noach; The Seven Laws of Noah ..
7 My "political" view:Politics did not create the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict," unless you want to consider Muslim history politics. When the Muslims built their mosques on the Temple Mount it started a chain that would eventually end up in a war. As far as the "Israeli-Palestinian conflict" goes, 1948 and 1967 are not the causes of the problem, they are just symptoms; the root cause is that a religious group cannot take another's holiest spot and not expect there to be a conflict at some point in history. However, that itself is just a side-issue, the real reason for the problems is that without religious direction, the Jewish people don't know what's good for us, which is the situation in Israel right now as we speak (where I live) and therefore we are willing to give everything up. Even secular Zionists have a wavering ideology because at the end of the day there is no reason to make an argument that all of Israel unquestionably belongs to the Jews. But going even beyond that, we have to realize that the Land of Israel is not ours, it belongs to God, and He is waiting for us realize that before He decides that we can have it. For 60 years we've been trying to keep it, and especially the last 39 years, yet nothing we've done has helped us at all because the cause of the conflict is not political. This is perhaps the wisest thing that the singer "Sting" has said, "There is no political solution... we are spirits in a material world." The Jewish people need to do t'shuva and then our enemies will give us the land.About the Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva attacks where eight Torah-learning teenagers were gunned down, not to mention constant and circular "peace talks" between Israeli, Palestinian, and American leaders, clearly we live in a time of thick pre-Messianic exile. Over the years I have become so dispeased with politics that my views transcend them, unless they serve truth, and sit back, helping Jews behind the scenes, learn Torah, pray, and otherwise wait for the Mashiach to come. To the religion-haters, the only thing that keeps me from hating Palestinians with a seething and vicious anger is the Torah and my religion, since we are told that "Man was made in God's Image." If it wasn't for the Torah I would be lost in my hatred... ....
