About Me

i will always cherish the kid in me. i will always think farts are funny. i will always laugh at blacked out teeth on posters in the subway. i never sneeze just once...averages about 7 sneezes every time. i think whispering is rude. i laugh a lot and like to hear others do so too. i enjoy the challenge of becoming a better person every day. i think learning about other people's interests is romantic. i believe that dreams do come true. i know some of mine already have, and there are more on the horizon. i just sold my car and got a prius! all my friends on friendster are actually my friends. on here i'm a little more lenient, but if your band sucks (and most seem to) then don't ask. oh, and i can make a bagel with my belly.

orbit gum, laughing and making others laugh, music (listening and playing), friends, films, puppies (i love you miss olivia), bars, drinks, corn, shickenn, summer, love and heartbreak, playing "what if", mat pilates, yoga, swimming, riding my bike, my iPod, naps by the fireplace

I'd like to meet:

just someone normal. someone who is emotionally available, no seriously. a guy who calls when he says he will or has the balls to say he won't. it's not too much to ask is it? or if i can't get that, then how 'bout the ghost of jeff buckley?

Music:

my latest obsessions are the feeling, james morrison, paolo nutini, amy winehouse, mika and lily allen. plus jake walden, bonnie somerville and rossif sutherland. i can't get enough of sia's "breathe me", crowded house, jeff buckley, jellyfish, patty griffin, gavin degraw, r.e.m., rilo kiley, postal service, death cab, coldplay, tori, rufus, j. henry, j. gaines, david garza, radiohead, f.o.w., sigur ros, r. adams, stills, j. mraz, shannon worrell/september 67, ben folds five, edie brickell, martin sexton, sarah slean, get licious, eva cassidy, j.tim, george michael, josh rouse, muse, the donnas, bill withers, inxs, toad the wet sprocket, 80's and hair metal and so many more.

Movies:

it's your duty as a human who depends on this earth to see An Inconvenient Truth and make changes in your life. ask your, "what have i done today?" i'm in Borat for like 2 seconds! NAPOLEON DYNAMITE! jeez, millions, dancer in the dark, welcome to the dollhouse, wet hot american summer, donnie darko, big fish, spellbound, old school, friday, don't be a menace, bring it on, showgirls, gia, city of god, rabbit proof fence; hedwig, can't buy me love, real cancun, baps, you can count on me, garden state...and remember...sometimes a bad movie is the best movie. big ups from justin to kelly

Television:

ugly betty is genius. nip/tuck, heroes, little britain (computa says no). SNL has been pretty great this season. i hope they keep it up. i have 2 up my sleeve that i think you'll love. stay tuned...

Books:

a million little piece by james frey is by far the best book i've ever read, whether it's fact or fiction. but page six sure is fun too. shel silverstein...especially the giving tree and the missing piece, running with scissors, dry, nick hornby, john irving, confederacy of dunces, harry potter series made me feel like a kid again, i try to read the alchemist often
