I adore cooking...But just as much ...I love someone cooking for me. Food can be such a beautiful way of showing and giving love. You Are What You Eat. I grew up as a child with a love for Sea Food....And Fresh Vegetables + Fruit. My father has been an amazing gardener all his life. And Harpoon Fisherman. Hence the childhood. I guess the best way to describe my eating habits at this moment would be a Lacto ovo vegetarian. But.....I do eat sea food...and I do use afew dairy products.I really enjoy the Kretan Style of Rakadiko. Where you sip some Raki - the Kretan traditional alcohol. Very Potent. while having 10 or so different plates of food come thru...ranging from Octopus to olives - tsatziki - Papoules.....ohhh damn...If I handnt just come back from eating over here..I would be drooling Right now.I live off fresh resources mainly. Lots of fruits around the Garden. Mandarins, apricots, figs, tomatoes, peppers, pears, the list really does go on. Travelling....I adore Japenese food. All kinds. from soup to sushimi - sushi. Chinese is great too. Mexican but I can handle much spice.... And Balinese, same with the spice....But You gotta love the warung Soups!! OHHH GOD I CAN TASTEM AS I SIT HERE.Anyway..As you can tell..I could go on. But Eating does take up a very important appreciated role in my day to day life. heheh
