About Me

The folk stylings of Boston's up-and-coming acoustic genius Mike Cavanaugh are bound to shift a few paradigms in your brain. Of course, if you said that to Mike, he'd deny it. His humble attitude and open-heartedness are exactly what fuel his music, lending it strength and credibility. Not to mention the fact that he's quite simply an accomplished musician and songwriter who never fails to find the true emotional center of whatever subject he is writing and singing about and always stirs a response in the heart of his audience.

I both love and hate the fact that it's 3am and I can't sleep. Things I love: I love some of the ideas I have musically and otherwise. I love the peace and quiet. I love that I can watch "The Fresh P...
