Swinging Hayriders

Swinging Hayriders is a band from Malmö in southern Sweden, specialized in Western Swing. They cherish the old records from the 30´s and 40´s of Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys, Spade Cooley, Milton Brown, Tex Williams, Patsy Montana and others. This great music will never grow old!This band rose 2006 out of the ashes of Clayfeet Stompers, with the new fantastic and lovely vocalist and fiddler Pat C Miller and the phenomenal guitar player Johan Ek. Remaining from Clayfeet Stompers is handsome Patrik Malmros on drums, and rock solid bass player Ulrik Jansson. On the ivories and accordion is nimble fingered Mats Bengtsson. Last, but not least is the outstanding and good-looking, young Peter Andersson on the steel guitar. Swinging Hayriders are ready to fullfill their sacred mission, to spread the blessings of Western Swing!
