Hmm, thats a hard question some of the movies that I like are Armageddon , Cast Away,The Butterfly Effect, Friday Night Lights, Hitch, The sandlot, City of Angels and Be cool...just to name a few.

Television:

I don't really keep up with shows, but I like watching Unwrapped, pimp my ride,overhaulin', Dangerous catch and the news lol.

Heroes:

I haven't given it much thought but Jesus Christ and my parents are the definitely first ones that popped into my head that I consider heroes...lance armstrong is secondary.
