About Me

I'm very opinionated, but at least I'm awake!WARNING...the next few paragraphs are serious ranting, and you might take it personally. So if you offend easily, don't read on...
Okay, what's up with people who don't understand that gratuity at a restaurant should be given according to service, that means if it was good service, you give 20%, not freakin 5%, or a "verbal" tip. What's wrong with you people? I can't pay my tuition with a $3 tip, it costs me more than that in gas just to get to work! Oh yeah, and if you have a coupon, you tip based on the total of the check not the amount left over after your coupon, this includes the entertainment card. We don't work any less when you present one of those, so why do you give us less?
And let's talk make up, why do women spend a gazillion dollars on a lipstick? What's wrong with the color of their lips? And eyeshadow? Come on, who in nature was born with green or purple eyelids? Enhancing the natural beauty? Well, if you're enhancing it, then why do you put so much on that you cover up everything? Talk about an inconvienient, expensive, and time consuming habit. I haven't wore make up in over 10 years, and I still managed to meet a very good looking and intelligent guy who ended up marrying me. So make up obviously has nothing to do with it.
And you people who walk your dogs with out leashes, not the ones who keep their dogs close by at all times and truly have them under voice command, but those who let the dogs run far away out of their sight. Are you total morons? Do you know how many times a dog has run up to our dog (ours is on a leash) and our dog growled as a warning? The other dog doesn't seem to get it and continues to get closer to our dog, we have to hold our dog back so that she doesn't attack the dog approaching her. What are we to do when someone else's dog is approaching ours? And there is no owner in sight to call their dog off? I'm not going to stop taking my dogs for walks, they have every right to go on walks, hikes, whatever, so keep your dogs on a leash unless you're planning on keeping a closer eye on them, one day, we might not be able to hold our dog back, and you won't have a doggy anymore, and it will be your fault, then I'll sue you for causing me to witness such a horrible incident.
And one last thing, all you ferret owners out there, perhaps you don't realize this, but really, you should think about it, ALL FERRETS GET ADRENAL DISEASE! If they are spayed/neutered, they WILL GET ADRENAL DISEASE. Jeez, I just can't say this enough. That cute baby ferret at the petstore, give it 2-4 years, it will get adrenal disease. That ferret you have, who's fur grows back every winter, but loses it's fur in the summer (yes, even just fur on the tail), that's a sign of adrenal disease. That all of a sudden aggressive behaviour and extra itching, yep, adrenal disease. Acting like it's in heat or is humping other ferrets, yep adrenal disease. Once again, all ferrets that are altered, (spayed/neutered) will get adrenal disease, just a matter of when. Think about this before you go buying 5 ferrets. Adrenal disease has to be treated. That means it needs surgery or melatonin implants. Left untreated will cause pain and even death to your ferret. Treatment is not cheap, so you should consider how much money you are willing to spend on your ferret on veterinary costs before you go off buying one. Leaving a ferret in a cage to suffer from adrenal disease is CRUEL.
And stop giving your ferrets sugar, fruits and vegetables. They are obligate carnivores. You want to give them a treat, give them some chicken, or a mouse, but not peanut butter flavored yogis, or treats that claim they are made out of chicken, read the ingredients first, then decide if it's a 100% meat. If you truly love your ferret as much as you claim, you'll feed it a proper diet and you'll take it to the vet. If cost is an issue, then don't go buying a freakin ferret!
What's wrong with you people?
Oh, and one more thing, we've been honored with the ability to control our future by voting, why do you people not take advantage of this? Do you expect others to vote in favor of you? You're kidding right? Go out and vote for what you believe in, don't expect someone else to do it for you.

Some of my favorite movies are listed under my favorites videos, don't need to rent them, you can just watch them here.

Television:

Don't believe me? This video might change your mind.

Dyslexia? I doubt it.

Books:

There are a ton of books I could list, but I think this video sums up the economic list of books.

Heroes:

My heroes are those who stand up for truth, Ron Paul is of course one of those people. But so are all the people who support Ron Paul and understand that you have to question what television is feeding you. The following videos are examples of people who stand up for their rights, question the things that don't make sense, and do something about it.

A woman for president? What do the feminists think? And what are our other options?

I used to hate politics.  I recall watching the news when Sept 11th happened, and thought to myself, wow, look at all that footage.  If only all the people "watching" would go help those t...
