I am here for Friends

About Me

Speakers of vernacular varieties of English, especially in the South, will commonly utter sentences like I bought me some new clothes or She got her a good job, in which the objective form of the pronoun (me, her) rather than the reflexive pronoun (myself, herself) is used to refer back to the subject of the sentence (I, her).

My Interests

My interests include things such as ancient ballistics, harlequins, automatons, Mongolian history, the antikythera mechanism, hematology, the lunar deity Artemis, egg rolls, salt-flat speed records, cats eyes, cat-'o-nine tails, wil-o'-the-wisps, Japanese pagodas, thunderstorms, that pesky Ganesha, mandalas, the Egyptian goddess Bastet, bugs making all that noise in the summer time, the Oak Island money pit, the Russian Imperial family (Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna in particular), animal rights, seraphim, the dim mak (the death touch/touch of death), the mafia, chakras, the major arcana tarot, astrology, tantra, Qin Shi Huang's mausoleum & his terracotta army, the seven wonders of the ancient world, the stories of Scheherazade, the Kabbalistic Tree, (the Tifaret is my favorite; what's yours?), chinese democracy and/or piracy, Cultural Marxism, and old television sets. I also enjoy the 80's sit-com Mr. Belvedere. Makin' bacon! Brunette girls with little feet. No giant backwoods grape-smashing feet fo-sho. Fcuk! What can I say? I'm normal. I don't eat babies. I like spicy foods. I like salty foods. I used Austin Powers lines for a year after it opened like we all did. "Yeah baby!" and stuff. I'm not going to kidnap you and try to molest you with an uncooked turkey while wearing womens panties. I don't worship garden gnomes. I might be walking down the road drunk though & steal one if ya dare me too. I don't abuse animals. I hate gorey (I'm talking like imported Japanese gore) movies. I'm not on meds. I don't like to watch people puke on each other. Where these people come from is beyond me. I can't figure out why everyone isn't plain vanilla flavored normal. I dabble in some stuff, but my sister is the artist. I'm just the art fan-boy. Meh, who cares? I can write. I'm not talented, but I'm kind of an artist. I read a lot lately. I'm interested in Astrology and numerology. There is something to all of that stuff... because math is the universal language... or so they said on TV. Um, I'm interested in quantom physics, but I'd need too many prereqs to understand the classes so I just watch the documentaries on them. Easy-breezy. God forbid people actually start thinking about the world around them instead of just tossing faith in the fact that on old man with a beard living in the clouds just... does it for you. lolFaith. I like dickin' off on my PC. I sit and look at stuff and type stuff. (Odd Todd quote, btw) I hate PS2/3, GameCube/Wii, and XBox/360 though. Give me a Super Nintendo and I'm set. Old school. It's a lonely and boring life but I'm happy. I don't like going to bars. It's always too loud to talk and I always want to drink more than I should when driving myself home later. I try to read the newspaper daily as I'm interested in what's going on around me. Girls can suck but they are soft and smell nice. Fact. Meat is murder. Another fact.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet a cute girl that likes it a little rough; just like Lois Griffin in this video:I've already met everyone I'd like to meet. If I knew how to get in touch with them again, I'd be doing okay. If I could have a good sit-down session with anyone it would be my circle of on-line friends that I've never met in person. I see the rest of you enough as it is. I'm a New England Patriots fan and wouldn't care to meet any of them, but would like to go to a play off home game at Foxborough in December. Don't flame me for liking them either. I liked them like 10 years ago when they were teh suckaga with the lame uniforms. I'd like to hang out with a few dead people... if they were alive, of course. Bob Marley and Jim Morrison seem like a good time. Their music is just a bonus. Kurt Cobain really seemed to be a nice guy. Something tells me we would either get along well or not at all. I guess those are the only two options for interacting with someone. I like Louis Anderson when he did the Family Feud show. John Candy. Jack Kerouac is just... wow. Hitler... just to see what he was like as like a hang-out friend. I'm not concerned with his work. Buddha was wise or so they say and he seemed pretty chill. I think Snoop Dogg would be a cool cat to talk to. I'd do naughty things to Alyson Hannigan, Rachael Leigh Cook, Jessica Alba, and Kate Beckinsale. Here are some more random people that I find interesting for one reason or another. Christopher Walken, Papa Smurf, Donkey Lips (from Nick show Salute Your Shorts), Marcia Brady, The Beastie Boys, Jerry Springer, Ronald McDonald, Chuck Norris, Steve Urkel, Bob Ross, William Shatner, The Hamburgler, Osama Bin Laden, G 'Dub, Raymond from Everybody Loves Raymond, Optimus Prime, The Beaver of Leave it to Beaver fame, the drill instructor from Full Metal Jacket, Ralph Wiggim, Captain Murphy, Batman, Forrest Whitaker, Trent Reznor, Ric Flair, Bill Hicks, The Offspring, Winona Ryder, Laura San Giacomo, the guy that legally had his name changed to Playstation Two, Godzilla, Scott Weiland, Gub'na Ahnuld, Timothy Leary, John Cussack, Bill Gates, Odd Todd, a real zombie, Rob Zombie, Smilin' Bob from the Enzyte commercials, Peter Griffin, Nenene Sumiragawa, The King from the Burger King commercials, The Fonz, Uncle Joey, Alice of the Wonderland fame, Beatrix Kiddo (Kill Bill), Gizmo of Gremlins fame, Stripe of Gremlins fame, the angry cavemen from the Geico commercials, Freddy Krueger, Lois Griffin, the Boondock saints, Sage Sundi, Newman of Seinfeld fame, hell, anyone from Seinfeld, Denis Leary, Conan O'Brian, Quizzno's Oven Mitt guy, Layne Staley, Racheal Harris, Shirley Manson, and Morgan Webb. Charlie Sheen is my hero. I've got the hots for Sarah Silverman.

Music:

I have a thing for ambient drum and bass. Bonus points if there are soft female vocals. I also like authentic pirate rap. Check out Captain Dan & the Scurvy Crew in my friends-list. Piracy is fun. In no particular order and thanks to my MP3 folder: The Cardigans, Garbage, Hooverphonic, Portishead, American Head Charge, Tool, Beck, Fiona Apple, Mudvayne, NIN, The Police, Shivaree, Skinny Puppy, The Rolling Stones, Tegan and Sara, Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against the Machine, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Bloodhound Gang, Boyskout, Chuck Berry, Cibo Matto, The Crystal Method, The Doors, Filter, Goldfrapp, Gravity Kills, Jane Jenson, Johnny Cash, The Lords of Acid, Massive Attack, Mazzy Star, Mesa Falls to Mephisto, The Moody Blues, Morphine, Nirvana, The Offspring, Pavement, Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd, Primus, Radio Iodine, Rammstein, REM, Sheryl Crow, The Sneaker Pimps, Soundgarden, Sponge, Stabbing Westward, The Urge, The Toadies, Tom Petty, Traindodge, Tricky, U2, Venus Hum, Veruca Salt, Weezer, Woodstone, White/Rob Zombie. Here are some videos I like. Movies:

I get them downloaded for free 3+ days before you can go out and see them. 1984!, Ghost Dog - Way of the Samurai, Lucky Number Slevin, Boondock Saints, A Scanner Darkly, Star Wars V, Garden State, Pushing Tin, Patient J (youtube it), Se7en, All of the Alien series except AvP (AvP was rated PG. Fail!), Creepshow II, Predator, Edward Scissorhands, LOTR trilogy, The Matrix (just the first one), Pulp Fiction, Pink Floyd - The Wall, Pi, Fight Club, Beetlejuice, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Robocop, House of 1,000 Corpses, Resident Evil, Beyond the Valley of the Dolls, Goodfellas, Empire Records, Tora! Tora! Tora!, Mall Rats, Dogma, Clerks, Chasing Amy, Space Balls, Friday the 13th, Memento, Howard the Duck, Natural Born Killers, Nightmare Before Christmas, The Goonies, Office Space, Sin City, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Candyman, Scarface, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Thing, Hellraiser, Revenge of the Nerds, Weird Science, A Nightmare on Elm Street, & Leprakhan in the Hood. I guess I'm a nerd for liking some of those, but being a nerd is cool in this day and age... or so I read on wikipedia. It's not like I really like Lord of the Rings or Star Wars that much. C'mon. Like your other friends are some high-and-mighty awesome folks that would never watch Star Wars. Psssh.

Television:

I had this sex dream about that chick from 'The State' one time. I don't sleep much anymore. I'm lying. I used to think that she was hot. I like shows about animals and documentaries about cultures or history. I hate sitcoms with a passion. It's not going to be any funnier no matter how many laugh tracks you put over it. I used to watch a lot of different things when I was younger so I have quite a library of shows in the back of my mind, but they are all cancelled or off the air... except for E.R. but it's different now. I still love stuff from all the way back to cartoons or Nickelodeon shows when I was a child... up to the MTV of my teenage years. I love youtube because I can find clips of those shows. Salute Your Shorts to Singled Out. Anything and everything. I dunno what it is, but TV just doesn't seem to have the appeal anymore. I miss Futurama. I like to try to catch Rescue Me. Seinfeld is the best thing in syndication atm. Erm... Mission Hill, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, The Screen Savers, Conan O'Brian, Insomniac with Dave Attell, Dead Like Me, pretty much anything on Turner Classic Movies networks gets at least a bit of my time to check it out, pretty much any news show with a ticker at the bottom, Buffy the Vampire Slayer (thanks Lacey), Roseanne, Birds of Prey, The Cosby Show, Becker, Any of those date shows that are on late at night, Futurama, The Simpsons, sports, Salute Your Shorts, again... I could go on and on. Oh, my cat ate my TV's power cord so I can't watch that much. I'm lucky to catch a movie or show when I go over to my mom's house to do laundry now-a-days. This video nearly brings tears to my eyes. ~~~ R.I.P. TechTV. I barely knew you.I have to thank Christy for getting me into this show. It's epic. Enjoy this season 1~3 recap.

Books:

Bibliophiliac. Not bibliomaniac. Two different things. I loves me sum books. Dickens. I've read 'Great Expectations' at least five times. It's probably my 2nd most favorite book ever. Well, after '1984!' by Orwell. Oh, and then there is 'Desolation Angels' by Kerouac. Doh. Well those are my top three that I can think of off the top of my head. I've read lots of Kerouac. Dear God, I've read 85% of what Anne Rice has put out. Here is a list of some other authors that I've been interested in at some point: Rice (suck it haters), Thompson, Burroughs, Adams (Adams, Richard: Watership Down), Steinbeck, Marx, Milton, -->> Chaucer <<--, Shakespeare, Homer, Swift, Alighieri (Alighieri, Dante: The Divine Comedy), Fitzgerald, Howe, Koontz, Cook, King, Campbell, Cummings, Rosenberg (Odd Todd in my friendslist), Hamburger (Hamburger, Robert: Real Ultimate Power), and Spillane because Mike Hammer is the f'n s. People laugh when I say 'canine erotica' so read into that what you will. Er... huh?

Heroes:

http://www.garfield.com/ ~ Bombing in the name of peace is like having sex in the name of virginity. Firefighters can be heroes. If you don't like it, well... it's not open for debate. My grandpa was one and I think it's the coolest. Single mothers that scrape by working very f'n hard and live in a trailer and have to take flack for being 'trashy' because they live in a mobile home. When my parents split, it was all she could afford. She got us out of an abusive environment with my bi-polar and manic father. Good combo? Okno! My mother raised me to be a nice person. I always cringe on the inside when people make fun of trailers, to this day. People that try to save animals are also really cool. I may be sounding like a hippy here, but for real. Are these not good people? Anyone that takes one for someone else, to me, is a hero. If I could thank anyone for something they have done for me though, it would be my one armed surgeon that did some work on me in a trauma surgery. Yep. That's right. One handed surgeon removing my organs. Divine-luck. Okgo!
Your element is Light. Your heart is pure and
shining with love. You believe in the goodness
of those around you and give almost everyone a
smile. You are not the kind to hide your
happiness and tend to smile all day long, both
in and out. But when sadness hits you, you
become very devastated and may be upset for
quite some time. What you need in your life is
friends, friends who will love you
unconditionally, like you love them. But you
have a naive nature and don't always notice
when someone is trying to hurt you. Some would
say you are oblivious to mean people, which
makes you an easy target. However, your true
friends will probably be there for you and save
you. In school you are either the popular one
or the little weird one. It all depends if
"the higher people" find your caring
side irritating or not. Nevertheless, you have
a bubbly personality and are social. Big partys
may not be your thing since you want bonding
time with your friends, so slumber-partys fit
you more. You like the happy things in life and
like everyone else to be as happy as you are.

What is your element? [with pics + detailed answeres]
brought to you by Quizilla
As if you were born into a world of tears, you
always tend to look at the darker things in
life. Inside you crave attention yet push away
society, and you're a hopeless romantic. Drawn
to things like the occult and mysteries, you
spend your time daydreaming.
What Type of Soul Do You Have ?
brought to you by Quizilla
Your soul is broken.
You are living through a lot of pain everyday
that you have to deal with, which is making you
sorrowful. No one ever stays by your side when
you truly need them and no one ever will.
Everything is hopeless and tragic and you keep
yearning for the day you will be free from
pain. Love is unlikely to happen to you because
you isolate yourself and are suspicious of
peoples motives. You stand in the shadows of
the world, watching what you can never have.
The bruises you carry never seems to heal, your
mind is dark and no one seems to understand or
wants to help. As always, you will be alone in
the world, fighting your dark thoughts by
yourself.

"Happiness can subside, but frustration never
lets go"
You have been awfully mistreated in your life by
your fellow peers and/or family, and feel a
growing frustration towards your life and your
inability to do anything about it. Since no one
has ever really been there for you, you bottle
most things inside. And that is quite a lot of
pain bottled up too. Deep inside you yearn for
many things; feelings for affinity, for the
world to improve, for people to stop being
judgemental amongst other things. Yet your hope
in improvement is very low, and believe you
only have the power over yourself. When you are
in larger crowds you tend to get irritated by
the prescence of others, so you keep to
yourself. Those who know you are probably aware
of the hate you carry, but you rarely do
anything about it.
What is Your Phrase? [for darker people]
brought to you by Quizilla
Your word is: Brooding. You are a true thinker and
often try to figure out the meaning of life,
why we are all here etc. You may not be so
social, and often think twice before acting but
those thoughts you have in your mind never stop
flowing in. Sometimes you can be so
concentrated you forget about other things that
you have to do. Don't change, this world needs
deep people.
What Dark Word Represents You? [anime pics]
brought to you by Quizilla
You are a Samurai.
You are full of honour and value respect. You
are not really the stereotypical hero, but you
do fight for good. Just in your own way. For
you, it is most certainly okay to kill an evil
person, if it is for justice and peace. You
also don't belive in mourning all the time and
think that once you've hit a bad stage in life
you just have to get up again. It's pointless
to concentrate on emotional pain and better to
just get on with everything. You also are a
down to earth type of person and think before
you act. Impulsive people may annoy you
somewhat.
Main weapon: Sword
Quote: "Always do the right thing.
This will gratify some people and astonish the
rest" -Mark Twain
Facial expression: Small smile
What Type of Killer Are You? [cool pictures]
brought to you by Quizilla
You yearn to be socially accepted yet have trouble
expressing yourself to others. You grow nervous
around large groups and seek solitude far too
often. You also low self-esteem and fear
rejection.
What's Your Disorder ?
brought to you by Quizilla
Your element is Rain: Sad, lonely, distant and
unique. You are quite distant from emotion and
people, but you have been made this way by one
thing or another. You are truly unique yet fail
to see it and are quite creative be it in art,
music, writing, ect.. You used to let people in
now you don't even bother to try, having been
hurt so many times in the past. Your attitude
is that you don't need anyone but yourself,
people are just trouble waiting to happen. But
you really do want to trust someone no matter
if you see it or not, deep down your waiting
for someone to come and set you free. This kind
of depression can turn dangerous, don't let
them get to you. Not everyone in the world will
hurt you. Humans are humans and are not
perfect. So most likely sooner or later you'll
meet someone who feels like you do and perhaps
your shell will eventually disappear.

brought to you by Quizilla How did you die in your past life? (for everyone)
You were betrayed. You were betrayed by someone very close to you in a past life and you have still never forgotten it. Either you were killed by a best friend or ratted out by one, but it still hurt you very deeply and you don't trust hardly anyone anymore.
