Thabu

Thabu fue formado en Septiembre del 2004 por Carlos Di Tirro (Voces y teclados), Santiago Diaz Garces (Guitarra) y Leandro Bulanikian (Bateria) En el año 2005 bajo esta formación (haciéndose cargo del bajo el guitarrista Santiago Diaz Garces) se graba el primer EP de la banda que consta de dos temas y con el cual tuvieron gran repercusión tanto de la prensa especializada como de sus colegas del genero. Luego de varias audiciones completan la banda con el bajista Marcos Guerci con quien comienzan a presentarse en vivo a lo largo de todo el año, girando por primera vez en la ciudad de Bahía Blanca con gran aceptacion del publico. En el año 2006 deciden dedicarse a terminar de arreglar, componer y grabar el primer disco de la banda y se decide el reemplazo del bajista ingresando luego de varias pruebas, en septiembre de 2006 Salvatore Cappelli quien inmediatamente se hizo cargo de las grabaciones del bajo en el disco en proceso de la banda . En el 2007, en el mes de Julio, la banda realiza su primer presentacion internacional en Viña del mar (Chile), Santiago (Chile) y Mendoza (Argentina), logrando una gran repercusión en los medios y la gente. Tambien se presentan en diversos lugares de Capital y Gran Buenos Aires y hacia fines de año tocan junto a Uranian en Bahia blanca por segunda vez. Ya en 2008 cambian nuevamente de bajista ingresando Marco Ignacio Toba en lugar de Salvatore. En la actualidad se encuentran a punto de lanzar su disco debut “La opresíon de lo inevitable” el cual fue masterizado en los estudios “El píe”..................................................... ............................................................ ..........Thabu was formed in September of 2004 by Carlos Di Tirro (Vocals and Keyboard), Santiago Diaz Garces (Guitar) and Leandro Bulanikian (Drums) In 2005, under this formation (With Santiago Diaz Garces taken place as Bassist too) the band records their first EP which is made by 2 songs and with which they had great repercution of the press and their partners of the genre. After several auditions, they complete the band with Marcos Guerci in Bass, with whom they start to perform live throughout the year, touring for first time in the city of Bahia Blanca, with great acceptation of the public. In 2006, they decide to finish the arrengments, compositions and recordings of the first band’s cd and the decisition of replace the bassist was taken, entering to the band after many auditions, in September of that year, Salvatore Cappelli, whose inmediatly took charge on the bass recordings for the cd in process. In 2007, in July, the band make their first international gig in Viña del Mar and Santiago (Chile) and their first gig in Mendoza (Argentina), where the band gain the attention of the press and the people. Also they play in a lot of places of Capital and Gran Buenos Aires, and at the end of the year, they play with Uranian in Bahia Blanca for second time In 2008 they change again bassist, where Marco Ignacio Toba takes charge on the bass lines reaplacing Salvatore. In the present time, they are a point to release their debut album called “ La Opresion de lo Inevitable” (The Opression of the Unavoidable), which was mastered on “El Pie” studios.
