They have been described as a powerful live entity in a town that has seemingly tried to extinguish all ways of putting across new and exciting live music. Determined not to fall to the same fate as many others, the self-proclaimed wrecking machine that is Vegas Assault have set about on a collision course to make something of themselves and prove any doubters wrong.
The four piece formed in the latter stages of 2006 and immediately provided themselves as an outlet for people who were sick of the normality of the local talent around these parts. Combining a modern edge with love and respect for bands that have influenced them since they were in single digits means that VA creates explosive and memorable performances for whoever wants to witness something heartfelt and real.
The band did not rush their entrance into the field of live music, instead deciding to hone their craft and make sure they were a well-oiled unit. That’s not to say they are now the finished product, far from it, but they are a product that is continually improving and impressing.
