The name Northern Territory came from the inactive punk ans ska zine Northern Territory Zine which was the name came from one place in Australia, and also very relevant because i; Dyey_punk Reyes lives in the northern part of Luzon, Malolos City, Bulacan. It was also the name i used when i open a punk shop,
sometime in 2004, where i've met a melodic punk band (C.W.A.L) who wants to record some songs but don't have a label to release on and by that time I only have Shameless Records which only focuses on ska music. From that moment I started thinking and aiming to contribute more to the scene by serving some local punk bands releases. And i knew for sure that i can extend my contribution to the scene if another label will/can accomodate other types of music except for ska. I'm running a do-it-yourself punk label, so no other thing to expect but photocopied covers and cd-r format but we (bands and I) always working so hard to think of ways to give you some quality release (but only in our dreams) you can expect more on us as long as there were people who believes in. stay punk, live d.i.y and respect each other, all the best...
