DJ Pleez

I'm a pretty low key cat with an intense appreciation for music. I've been a SF Bay Area DJ since I was 12 (don't hate on the staying power, it's like fine wine, just gets better with time - ha!). I've spun at most of the major clubs (still in the mix every weekend) and I've held down a number of radio mixshows. I've also done guest radio spots in a few places outside of the Bay (San Diego, Hawaii, Texas, Chicago, Oregon, Pluto and of course Uranus).Aside from the work in radio, I've done some work on the record label side. I did radio promotions for Classified Records, Straight Hits Entertainment and Promo Only Promotions working records by Jocelyn Enriquez, M:G, Pinay, Daz & Mr. Mixx, Janet Jackson, Nelly Furtado and many other indie as well as major label artists.On the creative side, I've done some remix, production and writing as well. Nothing huge, but all good experiences. Oh, I did co-write and produce the music for a Secret deodorant commercial in the Philippines once (stop laughing). I've also produced and co-written tracks for both Pinay albums along with having done remixes for SWV, Mya, One Voice and a few other random artists.I partnered up with a couple of friends a few years ago to launch Planet Hype, a music production company.
