About Me

measure life not by the number of breaths you take, but by the number of moments that take your breath away...

My Interests

the law of attraction is attracting my interest right now. pretty things make me happy: faces, art, shiny objects. i read books to expand the mind when i can't be travelling. gotta chase the endless summer - love the beach - and getting sand in my hair. surfing, snowboarding, fashion, rating nachos, cheap wine, buying birthday presents and of course, the e-train. fell in love with tamarindo, check it out, but black rock city takes the cake. burning man is a way of life, so i guess i'd call it an interest...

I'd like to meet:

people with intelligent things to say, who party like rock stars.

Music:

everything at the right time. i love music that sounds like it was written with emotion ~ or has a great beat, right?love to see shit live. passing out at the stones and bungee jumping at tiesto included.bassnectar and his steamy, grinding, orgiastic bass is where it's at right now.

Movies:

Waterloo Bridge, Splendour in the Grass, La Vita Bella, Beaches, 28 Days Later, Gladiator, Elf, City of God, Napoleon Dynamite, most Owen Wilson 'pieces', Punch Drunk Love, Crash, the Goonies, Gladiator, Team America, Scarface, Be Cool.

Television:

vh1 is my guilty pleasure (24 hours of pointless broadcasting), and i love 'project runway' ~ where the HELL is my chiffon?!? oh! and, curb your enthusiasm. oprah, anyone?

Books:

I Know This Much is True, Space Odyssey 2001, The Four Agreements - it will change your life, or at least how you view it. The Drifters, Much Ado about Nothing, anything by Milan Kundera, The Poet in Exile, The Art of Seduction and Herman Hesse - don't stop at Siddhartha...

Heroes:

Daddy

what a ride

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand, strawberries in the ...
