This is the official Holy Grounds Myspace. The official Holy Grounds website is www.holygroundscafe.com . We are a coffee lounge located smackdab in the main drag of Allendale NJ. You couldn't miss it - there's a big clock in the middle of the road right outside the shop (great landmark!). But if you're directionally challenged (like most of us at Holy Grounds are), just go to the Holy Grounds website listed above and click on the directions menu. If you want more trivia or conversation starters regarding our history, that's also on the website. Our hours currently are:
Sunday: 7pm-10pm, Monday: closed (sorry!), Tuesday through Thursday: 9am-10pm, Friday and Saturday: 9am-12am
Holy Grounds is a "Coffee Lounge" because we have lots of space and comfortable accomodations like couches and easy-chairs. Of course on Fridays and Saturdays, the big attraction is our live music schedule. We hope you'd come out for any of the great musicians/bands we book, but if you want to know who's coming on specific dates, check out the upcoming events sections right below this. During the week however, it's also a great place to kick back and relax after a long-day (We have books, magazines, and various newspapers to help!) It's a great place to take your date to, or hang out with your friends - we have a great selection of board/card games available. If you have a youth group or ministry event, even better - we would love to host you for a night. If you call in advance to let us know you're coming, we can offer group discounts.
