I am here for Friends

About Me

I dream of Broadway with every essence of my being. Laugh if you will, I just can't help it. :-)

My ultimate goal in life is to move people on the stage and then take the subway home.

I'm exceedingly happy to be a 2nd year Domie, and I'm most sincerely hoping that I make it out alive.

I'm a left-handed, curly-haired, softly cynical, hardcore vegetarian, mezzo soprano.

I enjoy asparagus, Calvin and Hobbes, directing kids, good hair days and being out of RWA.

I'm indecisive, laden with contradictions, and am always putting my foot in my mouth.

I challenge anyone to a musical theatre history trivia showdown. What's that? I've already won.

In a nutshell, I'm the dorkiest dork that ever dorked.Get Your Own! | View Slideshow Look at me! I figured out the slide show thing!

My Interests

Theatre / Musical Theatre; Directing and working with kids; Great writers like Woolf and Doctorow; People - they're fascinating to watch.

This picture pretty much sums me up:

from The Book of Questions

III.

Tell me, is the rose naked
or is that her only dress?

Why do trees conceal
the splendor of their roots?

Who hears the regrets
of the thieving automobile?

Is there anything in the world sadder
than a train standing in the rain?

-Pablo Neruda
