I think Antony had it right when he sang: "One day I'll grow up, I'll be a beautiful woman. One day I'll grow up, I'll be a beautiful girl. But for today I am a child, for today I am a boy." I like to think of myself as a polymath, a sort of Renaissance man, a jack of all trades. I like to act and sing and write and dance and take pictures and play air drums and climb trees. In theory, I am the supervisor of distribution, press and public relations for the North American division of a small independent European record label. In practice, I am a full-time nanny, cunning linguist (ask me which languages I am learning today), wandering gypsy traveler and avid fan of aviator shades. In the summer, I will be a tour coordinator, manager, back-up singer, psychiatrist and cheerleader. In the fall, I will be a university student with a Major in Creative Writing and a Minor in Theatre. In my dreams, I am the next Steve Martin but not quite as funny.
