behind the makeup, and behind the smile -- i'm just a girl who wishes for the world.

i'm angelah. you will never understand me. i'm hot, i'm cold, i don't even understand myself. i'm a makeup artist in southern california, but i am relocating to orlando, florida with my girlfriend in may. i'm very impatient and picky -- the type of girl who knows what she wants and gets it. i'm ambitious and chase my dreams any chance i get. i'm strong and independant -- not just the ditzy blonde you see in photographs floating around the internet. don't underestimate me, because you will end up being dissappointed.
i am a very laid back and chill girl, until you give me reason to get upset -- which takes a lot. i like to allow myself to trust everyone, but i end up being dissappointed pretty much every time. that's life. you live and you learn. i don't live my life to please anyone else. i live my life to the fullest for me and only me. i'm not a fan of people who live to please the world. if i want to pick my nose while i'm driving -- you bet i'm going to be picking a winner. if i want to wear pajamas and slippers to the grocery store, i'll do that too. i don't care what anyone else thinks because honestly, i don't need any of you in my life to survive. i can't stand when people have that attitude like "you can't go on without me" or "you need me" -- biggest bullshit i ever heard. this not only goes for me, but for everyone. the only person you need in this world is yourself, do not let anyone tell you any different.
don't spend your life being jealous of a group of people or even one person in particular. it is a waste of time, money, and energy to spend your days dwelling over people that have something you don't. you want something? work for it. some things get handed to people in life and then others have to work their ass off for them. do what you need to do in order to keep yourself happy inside, but do NOT let yourself say you are jealous of someone. half the time jealousy isn't even adequate to be honest. you are jealous of the girl who has everything: a nice car, nice body, nice jewlery, nice handbags, the most amazing closet, etc., but in reality that girl has jack shit. it's her richass parents buying her every goddamn thing she desires. get off your ass and work HARD for the things you DESERVE. nobody ever said working is easy, but it feels a hell of a lot better to work and make a lot of money, rather than to sit and home and be jealous of other people. jealousy gets you nowhere kids. learn it! xo
