About Me

Hi, my name's Mark but most people know me as Sparky. I drum in the Brighton based band DOLLAR-SENT. Check us out in my top friends if you like good hard rock n roll about drink. And ladies. And more rock n roll besides. Mmmm.....
Just realised I haven't updated this for a while. Oops!
I used to live in Northampton where I spent a large amount of my time in the King Billy and going deaf listening to lots of loud music. I moved away when I was 19 to go to college and now I live in Brighton. Well, I say 'live'. I'm staying on Chris and Zerrin's sofa coz I'm rock n roll. And a bit poor. YEAH!
I've just passed my degree in Music Production. It was really crap and I failed one of my modules so I'm only gettinf a degree with out 'Honors'. What ever that might be?!
I now work in GAK (Guitar, Amp & Keyboard Centre) in Brighton.
It's aaaaaaaaaaaaaaall about music. Mostly heavy stuff but I'll listen to alot of things.
Bein a musician means that I'm skint pretty much all of the time but I manage to scrape by by eatin bugs from the grille of my car and mushin together lumps of soap to make nutritious and clean snacks.

My Interests

Gettin drunk wiv mates and watchin football.

HAHAHAHAAAAA! Only joking!

Music. Both playin and listenin.

I have 4 drumkits and 8 guitars. I don't know the meaning of the word 'excessive'.

I like a good movie. Stupid really coz why would I like a rubbish one?

I like to surround myself with my friends, whether it's out and about or just havin a quiet night in with a movie. But I still value havin my own space sometimes.

I play drums alot, both for my band Dollar-Sent and lots of other people when they need drum tracks recording. I live in West Sussex, so if you need a drum track recordin then drop me an e-mail and we'll arrange somethin. I mostly play rock and metal but I'll play anythin you want in the studio, I've even recorded some drums for house and chill-out dance recordings. I also do occassional dep jobs for friends.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone really who feels they wish to speak to me! Gimme an e-mail or whatever. If you have Hotmail you can add me: [email protected]
