I've been singing since I was old enough to talk, started piano lessons at 5, began songwriting at 8,
rhyming at 12, toured with a gospel choir from 14-17, attended Berklee College of Music from 19-23,
and moved to new york to become a rich biotch! (still workin' on that rich part :) )

As the daughter of a pastor, Heather Bright was raised in the backwoods of South Carolina on a steady diet of Southern gospel music. At just eight years old she sat at her Casio keyboard and began penning original music. By nineteen she was off to the prestigious Berklee College of Music to perfect her skills. Her talents were quickly recognized at Berklee and in 2004 Heather received the Aerosmith Award, a performance and songwriting honor that is only bestowed upon two students each year.Since then she's written and produced for numerous independent and major label artists and worked with a slew of multi-platinum producers and songwriters including: Missy Elliott, Mario Winans (112, P. Diddy, J-Lo, etc.) D/R Period (Jay-Z, Nas, Foxy Brown, Kool G Rap, DMX, Camron, AZ, Case, M.O.P., Freeway, Juelz Santana, etc.), Ron Browz (Nas, Amerie, Ludacris, Lil' Kim etc.), Nisan Stewart (Tweet, Missy Elliott, Nelly, Janet Jackson, Musiq Soulchild, etc.), Jack Knight (Total, Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, etc.) and Joshua Thompson (Alicia Keys, Joe, 3LW etc.).Heather's songwriting has been featured on the following releases: Epic Records - Dorm Sessions (Vol. 2) and Suburban Noise Records - One Session.
