KASHEE OPEIAH (pronounce: [kaeshiopaeia]) leaves a permanent impression. The sound of the band is rather rude and dirty; brute and thrilling. The energetic live-performances of pay tribute to the feeling the band incorporates: the mood changes frequently and immediately between agression and brokeness, between power and heaviness. Even though the band creates some oases of silence - in order to unleash the next moshpart promptly. Musical images of a storm - the panic starts here...
The hard work and above all the developments in style and sound of the band in the past years can be found concentrated on the recent record which was released in September 2006. In a cumulative shape mosh-parts without curlicues and big melodies are melted together, paired with challenging rhythm-motives. An opus that captures the listener for over an hour and a concept album which keeps rather an eye on the whole instead of a single song.
