I am a 40 year old husband of 26 years & Father of two . Unfortunantly cause of a choice I made when I was 13 to get a homemade tattoo I am now living life with Hep-C .
I was diagnosed with the antibodies in my system in 1999 and they turned active 2004 , It is now 2008 and I have just been told I have to be placed on a transplant list due to liver failure . I never was a drinker nor did street drugs but let friends talk me into making a tattoo with an unsterylized needle and now am paying the price. I was to scared to go through the treatment to distroy this disease and now it has controll of me, but with the grace of God I will fight everyday till I get a transplant.
