My name is Sofia, like the capital of Bulgaria not like the actress. I love my boyfriend Sean even though he drives me nuts sometimes. We fight a lot, but that's only because we're basically the same person and are antsy about being far away. We must really love each other, though, because we put up with all of each other's shit. When he isn't testing my patience, he's actually really sweet and thoughtful. However, despite all the love showered on me by my boyfriend, friends and family, I'm what many might call a "hater," or a misanthrope, if you'd like to be more specific and like big words (like I do). I generaly dislike everyone I meet, save a very very select few (if you're already my friend, then it's safe to assume that my hateration doesn't apply to you). Hopefully this discourages any uninteresting, obnoxious fucks from trying to be my friend just for the hell of it. Other than hating most of the people I meet, I'm actually a pretty chill person. I love going to concerts and being right at the front or going to independent films and anything with Gael Garcia Bernal in it (Charlolastra's for Life). I also enjoy writing postcards and receiving packages in the mail and ordering t-shirts from musical groups that I like. I live a life of simple pleasures. I'm currently going through a hip-hop stage in my life, which may or may not be related to living in the Bay Area, a sudden interest in learning about my Filipino heritage, trying to impress my aspiring DJ little brother, or all of the above. I have mad love for the Legendeary Roots Crew, Jay-Z, Common and many other hip-hop artists. However, hip-hop isn't all that I listen to; I like to throw on a little Tom Jones every now and then and belly dance to traditional Egyptian music. My eclectic musical tastes are a pretty good representation of me in general. There are very few things I won't try. Send me a mesage and if I don't hate you, we can be friends.
